I have had mine for one year now and used it many times. Heats up super fast and gets super hot 400-500 degrees in 5 minuets.
Super economical and well built. I have seen several reviews that say it does not get hot. You have a gas issue with your grill fix or return because the grill works great!

Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money on a better grill!! This thing is the biggest/smallest PIECE OF GARBAGE out there!!! Seems like there aren't enough BTU's to push out the flames and cook the food. The heat shields mask the flames so it's barley coming out. Heat is uneven!!!! Found my " Hot Spot" (which every grill has) to be in the back of the grill...Under the warming rack!!!! ??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GRILL AT ALL!!!!
