I see a lot of complaints on here about how the product is hard sometimes which frustrates me because thats how cocoa butter naturally behaves! I see they were all written in the winter when it is cold, so of course its hard!  It hardens in the cold and softens in the heat, so if you put it next to a warm place like a heater, it will soften right up. And my experience is it will soften on your hand if you keep rubbing it. 
But this is the great thing about this product - no artificial ingredients that make it behave unnaturally!!  If you want cocoa moisturizer thats soft all the time, then go buy one of the cheap crumby products full of artificial junk thats terrible for your skin that stays soft all the time!!

So hydrating and soft! Cocoa butter blend from SheaMoisture and it smells fabulous as well as blends in easily and not sticky or greasy at all. I highly recommend this butter!

The ingredients of this product was clear and the way it appeared on my face, made it feel great and the value of it and a consistency was very good. The way that it was packaged was different and I liked it.

The Shea Moisture Soothing Hydration Cocoa Butter Blend is decent enough—it does provide a noticeable boost of moisture and leaves skin feeling soft for a while—but it's not exactly a game-changer. The texture is a bit heavier than I expected, which can feel slightly greasy if you're in a hurry, and the scent is sweet but a little overwhelming at times. It works fine for everyday use, especially if your skin is dry, but compared to other moisturizers I've tried, it doesn't really stand out. Overall, it's okay—reliable, but not something I'd rush to repurchase.

The top was broken and the smell of florals was added to it which I love floral smells but the consistency isn't the same at all this item used to be a smooth texture not clumpy rock texture it is now
