Great investment. Had an 11 inch snow storm. Worked perfectly.

Bought this over 5 years ago when all the kids were in college and I wouldn't be able to shove our large driveway.  Works great we do the driveway, walkways and since it is light enough we do our deck and patio so the dogs can get out.  We use mainly when we get 3" to 9" of snow.  If we get more we just need to go out there more often.  For the price you can't beat it.

The rotary blower head really seems to be actually well made. We had a very light and dry snow. (Jan 31'26)
However the handle is not sturdy. Since it is a (3) piece sectioned handle held together with plastic knobs, for cheaper shipping purposes, the ‘steel' tubing is so thin it bent at the joints after it was used on our rough asphalt drive. The scraping edge kept catching on the rocks in the asphalt and caused the unit to abruptly stop moving. 
The handle design and materials used needs some attention, but I think this unit could be a 5 star, if not for the cheap steel handle design. I might find a heavier junk mower handle to supplement this one after some home modification. Shipping costs should NEVER determine or drive a product's design. (Eng 101).
The switch was easy to use with the safety button and the handle was comfortable, styled like a Honda HR series mower, but made for people 5' to 5'-6”.
This is worth the money. Even though the snow was not wet or dense, it did save us hours of work. I am sure it would perform well with heavier snow.

Lighter duty, but a good buy.

Blower is good however I see there are issues. 
Moving Blower nose from one direction to the other is super hard. Also, sometimes the snow just spills all over the machine irrespective of wind. 
Good %26 bad is, to keep the weight light, lot of cheap plastic is used.
Personally, the corded one is little hassle.

I own your snow shovel and have used it for 5 winters and have been very pleased with it for cleaning snow from my 12x20 deck, but I am now a 70 year old woman so I just purchased the walk behind snow blower thinking it would be easier and loved the idea of the directional snow shut. The shoot is supposed to lock in place but every time you use it the shut comes loose if not for the one screw holding it the shut would go flying off!. I can't believe snow Joe would put out such a poor design!

The product is okay. Simple to use, but made of cheap plastic. The cord tends to gravitate towards the blower.

Okay, Nothing Special

Part kept falling off, crank would not turn chute very well, had to always do it by hand. Not happy with this product what so ever. Total waste of money.
