I purchased this dollshouse for my 3 children to share.
The assembly instructions were extremely straightforward with parts labelled clearly. It took just over an hour to build.
I was very impressed with the quality of the product and especially it's furniture. Sadly, it is extremely rare to find toys of this level of craftsmanship these days. Highly recommend.

Great size. The structure is very solid and the furniture pieces are solid wood. The floor and walls are more particle board-like but have held up so far. Great size for 12 inch dolls. Daughter loves it

Big hit with my daughter

Very well made. Very large in size with a Solid wood frame. Furniture is all very well made. Only a few items aren't wood ie. Toilet, bathtub, coat hooks, chandelier.  It was very simple to assemble as it just pops out for you to add screws. The floor looks like string particle board, definitely don't want fluids near floors or walls. Wish the roof was a bit more asthetic to look at. The beds are super large and don't necessarily set up feng shui style in the rooms. I have 3 year old twin girls and this is the perfect size for 2 small kids to play nicely with together and NOT be in each others ways!! PERFECT gift for more than one child to play with. Love that it foster imagination and brain powered play. We are using animal doll families as more fun for toddlers vs “human” like  doll families. 5 out of 5 stars from me ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Very well made…

Packaging was great, set up was pretty simple, only thing was it came without 2 pieces for the bed but it didn't really affect much because my daughters still use it and they love it.

Absolutely would recommend

My 3 year old is over the moon and one month later she still can't get enough. I got this one because I wanted our younger daughter to be able to share with “getting in the way” and it does just that. So great for multiple kids playing. And the included furniture is just awesome. I was excited myself each time I opened a new piece of little furniture. Lastly, the fact that it fits Barbies was a huge plus for us. It's so nice that she can use her Barbie's and some of their accessories but not have to buy more of the plastic Barbie structures. It's big and my husband wanted me to rethink due to its size but I think he has come around to why I just couldnt budge from this choice!

My 5 year old daughter loves it! It was very easy to put together if you follow the directions. I love how all the furniture is included and is all made of wood and the quality of the wood is very sturdy and I know this doll house will last a very long time.

LOVE THIS!!

Beautiful. Sturdy, on wheels, fits Barbies. Love that's it's not plastic - that's what I was looking for. Although the furniture is plastic. A couple of beds don't seem to fit anywhere perfectly, but we've managed to find some places for them, so it's ok.

We're all loving it

My daughter loves playing Barbie's but didn't have an house yet. I searched high and low for a cute option with good quality furniture so I was thrilled when I came across this. All of the furniture is so cute and thoughtfully designed. I also loved that it was playable on all sides and can be moved around to multiple rooms! Would 100% recommend to anyone who is in the market for a Barbie house!

The dollhouse is a great size and includes all furniture needed, which I feel is great value! The quality on some of the pieces is mediocre though. The little table lamp came crooked. Some of the wallpaper designs are odd — like the wallpaper with a giant chair on it? Sometimes the wallpaper gets in the way of where you can place furniture items. The floor looks like it might peel up eventually. But in general I think it's a good doll house!! Just might need some renovations down the line.

For the price I was expecting higher quality. Assembly was easy enough, a little puttsy, but the floors are basically cardboard. Barbie's don't actually fit, and looking back at the photos it does show that clearly. It's fun and it satisfied the desire to live vicariously through my 6 year old. 
Check online markets for a second hand one first to save time, money, and a TON of packaging materials.
