I was about to buy two new bottles as my caps started 'Slipping' and were hard to get off the bottle. But Soda Stream sent me 4 new caps and I'm back to normal.

Do I like Soda Stream? Lets just say I have bought 4 of them so far...

I was disappointed with the plastic caps that came with my set as well as two one liter bottles I purchased separately. Three of the four had cracked across the top in a very short time. I purchased the stainless caps which will not crack and am very pleased with these caps.

Durability

There's nothing worse than flat soda water. Even with a Soda Stream, it feels like a waste. I needed replacements for some old caps, and these ones are excellent. They feel like some real thought and effort went into making them substantive, functional and stylish. In the greater scheme, they're just bottle caps. But if you love soda water, they make a big difference!

That's quite a cap!

The bottle top had a defect hairline crack that caused the carbonation to be lost. I spoke with customer service. They were very attentive and said they would mail out new top. No fuss no hassles. That's what I call great customer service! Thank you!

Had a problem with water remaining carbonated and phoned Sodastream.  They sent 2 new bottle caps and problem was solved.  thank you

Great service

Prefer the stainless caps over the plastic ones.  Plastics seem to deteriorate quickly from frequent use, but the stainless are much more durable.  Also seems like the stainless ones hold carbonation longer.  I have had soda in a fridge for a week after using 1/2 of the bottle and went back and it was not flat at all.  The plastic ones don't seem to hold the fizz as well.

Sodastream sent me new caps because the originals just rotated without coming off! They were childproof!

For some reason it does not seal to my bottle very well and the carbonation dissipates fairly quickly unless I tighten it down more than usual.

Replacement bottle cap

In my beverage cooler I had the bottles on their sides while using these caps and if the bottle was carbonated then they would leak CO2 and water(or soda). Not much more to say. Maybe they fit the metal bottles ok but I was using them on the plastic bottom bottle and it leaked gas and fluid.

They do not fit regular bottles

I ordered the steel caps for our new E-Duo but they don't work on that particular model. You should note such on your webpage.
