product work . I put it on and didnt give it a full 8 minutes. washed it out. leaving it on any linger i would've had straight hair.

Haven't used the product yet, but I'm sure it will be perfect for what I need. It says it's for sensitive scalp and it has the right oils to prevent damage to my hair. I'll follow the instructions and hopefully this product will bring great results.

NO-LYE

Works walk but for long hair use 2 boxes, buy gloves and something to protect hairline. It lasts 6 months or so! Makes natural curly hair easier to manage but keeps your curl! Love it!! Much cheaper than Amazon too!

Great for natural curly hair

I don't use these often but it serves it's purpose. It does soften the hair. Must be careful with this product since it is still a toxic substance. However, the process was easy, the shampoo and conditioner has a crisp sweet aroma.

Satisfied customer

It relaxes the springy texture and allows for better styling of natural hair.  It doesn't over process like most relaxers because it just takes out the first curl pattern and not flatten the hair and leave it without body.

Have always used soft and beautiful botanical texturizing bought from Sally's and never had a problem - always gave excellent results. Couldn't find it at Sally's and bought it here- my hair now looks as if I put relaxer and won't curl at all. My guess is they mixed the product- placed a relaxer in a texturizing package. This is unacceptable error as I now have to wait till this relaxer wears off to return to my natural hair. I have had natural hair for years as I quit relaxing it. Now it's relaxed because of a package mistake. Very disappointed. Bought 8 boxes and had to return whatever was left. Can't trust the supplier.
