This relaxer isn't harsh. It's smooth and creamy. relaxes your hair with ease. No harsh smell. Comes with leave in conditioner, shampoo,  a hair masque, instructions, gloves, and stir stick . I love this relaxer. Goes on smooth, and it easy to stir. Does an excellent job of straightening your hair.

The Only Relaxer I use

Great no lye relaxer thats gentle on your hair.  I have a short pixie cut but also have a natural curly wave pattern that I like to lay flat every 3 months. This relaxer is the best!

Great No Lye Relaxer...No Lie!

Best no-lye relaxer out there! I have used lye and no-lye relaxers for most of my life and I am 23. I just within the last 5-7 years started doing my own relaxers without help from another individual. I've got it down to a science. The biggest thing I have learned is that no-lye means a longer time with a straight or (relaxed curl) style. It also has greater durability. Lye relaxers don't hold up to sweat, rain, and time as long as a no-lye relaxer can. Edges and new growth usually stay smoother with no-lye relaxers. The problem I have found with certain no-lye relaxers, and, believe me, I have tried around 10-15 different brands, is that they can leave the hair feeling dryer, less alive, and lost stiff or crunchy. Then to reverse that, they give you a greasy conditioner or leave-in product like that'll help.

I love soft and beautiful it's a great product for me. I like the way it makes my hair look soft and beautiful.

I have been using this  product for quite a while until it improve  I like the old one better but this one does make   you hair soft and have a healthy  look love it would  definitely recommend

Wonderful

I used this relaxer on me and my daughter's hair and our hair is still shedding. Clunks of it. I don't know where all the good reviews are coming from but this relaxer is horrible. I am almost bald thanks to it. DO NOT BUY!
