I bought 2 of these mosquito zappers for camping and they worked!
I put them out in the sun all day and then hung them in our tent (10'x18') at night.
The next morning I put them put in full sunshine to "charge" up again.
Not sure how long (days) the charge would have last, but that's something I don't realy want to find out first hand.
Love them! Would recommend to anyone.

Great for sitting outdoors

I reviewed this earlier, bashing Walmart for failing to deliver this product in a timely manner. In actual fact I'm the dummy. I had ordered it to be picked up at my local Walmart. I realized this after Walmart sent me a nice reminder email. So therefor I wish to send a heartfelt apology to Walmart.
As for the actual product, this isn't a backyard bug zapper it is appropriate for tents and other small areas. I unpacked it and promptly dropped it and broke the darn thing. I'm sure it would have been worth $18 had I not had arthritis and had been actually able to use it.

Didn't see anything that said you would have to buy stuff to attract the mosquitos beyond the blue light. One bug has been zapped in 4 days of use. No mosquitos, and that is what I bought it for, I'm sure once I buy something to put in it to attract mosquitos it will work a lot better.

Just went out to see how it was working, guess didn't get enough sunlight today, it is off.

Not very good zapper

PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL   WASTED MONEY ON THIS ONE

I bought a couple of these 2 years ago from another company and left them out, they work pretty good but don't leave them out in the rain the minute the get wet they won't work anymore, it actually says on the instructions not to let them get wet. I didn't read the instructions. I had 3 of a different kind for several years before this and they worked great for many years even leaving them out all the time. I was very disappointed in this model.

Don't let them get wet!!

Although I have had the product since the beginning of July, it has not worked even one day. I have followed the instructions for use received with the product, can't figure out what the problem can be, whether I am not using it properly or it is simply a defective product.

Never worked as advertised, outside charging in daylight and blue light don't come on at night

This product does not attract insects, I was in a region plagued by insects and few of them fell.
