Cricket on the Hearth was a novel by Charles Dickens and after seeing the short cartoon growing up, I wanted a cricket on my hearth and after searching, I picked this one and it doesn't disappoint.

I love the story, A Cricket on the Hearth, by Charles Dickens.  A cricket on the hearth is to suppose to act as a guardian angel to the family and bring them good luck.  I saw this cricket and decided to buy them as Christmas gifts for my children to put on their fireplace, as a remembrance of me when I'm no longer with them.  They're good quality and just the right size to fit in the corner of a fireplace.  I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
