I've been using the Soma system for at least 3 years now. I love the pitcher. It's easy to keep clean - fill up - and store in my frig. I also love that a new filter automatically comes to me every month so I'm sure that I'll have the freshest water I can. But most of all I love that I'm not using plastic water bottles and I can't even imagine how many plastic water bottles I've saved using Soma for the past few years.
The water tastes fresh and clean and should I know because I drink a LOT of water daily. 
Get a Soma - drink fresh water - and help the environment. Duh.

Why would I NOT have a Soma?

Loved my new pitcher. My old one was about 5 yrs. old and I just wanted a fresh one. I was surprised to find it was improved, I only wanted a differnet color. Well it seems to pour faster and fill up faster than my previous old so there has been some improvements. Love it!

This worked out really well. The pitcher is large and just barely fit on a shelf in the fridge. I prefer to drink room temp water so I keep it out on the counter. I love that it looks fine to be on the counter all the time and I use the water from it more than I would if it were left out.

Great way to filter my water

As I begin my 4th year of relying on my Soma pitcher for clean, clear water I just want to say thank you! Best water since my grandmother left us. Grandma Vesta had an artisan well. She said she knew we had been to her house by the water glasses lined up next to the sink. Soma water washes over me in that same pristine way. Thank you and keep the filters coming!

I just love the look of this pitcher. I am so glad I made the switch to Soma. Getting the filters mailed is so helpful to keep me on track with timelines. The filter preparation is so simple as you use the bag it comes in to get it ready for use. The fact that some of the proceeds goes to a charity is just the icing on the cake!

I like the quality of the product. The pitcher makes water with good taste. I wish the pitcher held more water, it has to be refilled frequently, which leaves you with warmer water. The filter and its' housing take up so much space that it limits available space for water.

I like the quality of

I love my pitcher. Perfect size and filters very quickly. The only challenge about the water is that lip of the pitcher sometimes remains close despite a stream of water coming out - which leads to a mess of water sometimes (it happens maybe 10 percent of the time).

Great Pitcher!

I like this product. I should've done more research about the manufacturing facility in China though. The water does filter a bit slow so I feel like I'm constantly trying to maintain a full pitcher sometimes but overall the quality of the product is very good.

Design - amazing!
Functionality - quite good!

One of its main functions - to pour water - seems like it wasn't tested very well. It's difficult not to spill a few ounces of water - the pouring lip is very short and wide

* Wide & short lip - expect to spill a few ounces when pouring

Other Notes
* Smallish upper reservoir - Must be filled about 4 times to fill the pitcher, which may help avoid overfilling

Excellent design! ..except for..

I really love my Soma! From an aesthetic POV - it is beautiful. The design of the handle is a bit uncomfortable, and feels unstable situated so far off the base, especially when there's more water inside. Overall, I really like it - wish we could do something about filter disposal as well. Thank you!
