[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box came open with tape being used to try and make it seem like it wasn't opened. I was under the impression it was new. The quality of the figure was also disappointing. The eyes were a bit messed up, looking slightly up, and the paint on the shoes and gloves was messy. When I tried to move the knee, it actually popped off easily. Luckily, I was able to put it back. The quality of the figure is not the sellers fault, but the box being open was unexpected.
