This game has been such a hit in our house! The graphics are vibrant and smooth on the PS5, and the gameplay is fast-paced and fun. It's easy enough for children to pick up but still exciting enough for adults to enjoy too. The different tracks and characters keep it interesting, and we love having family game nights with this one. Definitely worth it for Sonic fans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was really waiting for this game to have a really good deal on sale since release, but due to its expensive price tag I had to wait for it to go on sale since I don't really have the kind of money to get it at full price. And once you guys put the game for little more than half off, I knew I had to get, since their probably wasn't gonna be another retailer who can match this price for awhile.

it may not be a omg game but it is fun eventful and honestly for Sonic lovers I recommend it how many others an issue of challenge but the controls graphics formats are all top tier a long width having a base roster of 23 characters plus one secret character on launch I love this game and I will continue to play it for probably quite a bit until I reach a legendary rank but I'm not going to give up for this game is perfect for anybody that's open Sonic fan

My three boys ages 6-10 love playing this game. Offers a lot of variety to player levels allowing new and experienced users to play at their level.

I've been following this game since it was first announced and even played the open beta a while back. The launch price was a bit steep for me, so I held off until a good sale came around, and honestly, it was absolutely worth the wait. I LOVE this game.

Even if you're not a Sonic fan, I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys racing games. The controls are smooth, the level design is gorgeous, and in my opinion, it's really easy to pick up after just one race.

The only reason I'm giving it four stars despite finding no real flaws in the gameplay itself, is because the disc was loose inside the case when it arrived. I could hear it sliding around as soon as I picked up the package from my mailbox, and when I opened it, the disc nearly fell out.

Thankfully, there were no scratches on the disc. I'm still not sure how that happened, though, considering I bought it brand-new and sealed.

If you want a Sonic racing game similar to Mario Kart, this is it. Otherwise wait for it to go on sale. Further details below.

First I'd like to express my gratitude for the sale price this had or I'd otherwise would've waited much longer to purchase this. Now to explain my mid to low star rating.
This game is far too dependent on multiplayer, while I would expect that out of another video game mascot I waited a whole console generation to buy that game. For Sonic I found it lacking in due to not having a single player campaign, to me that alone doesn't warrant the initial asking price for any version. As fun as it is playing online with friends or strangers I feel there needs to be more. For a game worth $70 for just the base game I feel there needs to be more than just pretty graphics and a long wait time for more characters to arrive. Sorry kids, it's an extra $6 if you wanna play as Steve.

Bare bones racing, wait for a sale.

Kids might like the color and chaotic feel but the game is all flash and no fun.
