The phone itself is great. The battery lasts for days and the data hotspot has no issues. Thank you to the seller for sending me a replacement phone as the initial one had a factory defect and stopped functioning properly. I appreciate that very much thank you.

Great basic phone with hot spotting, great seller.

After just 3 months of use, the outside mini screen stopped working without and cracking to the outside or fault of my own. Coincidentally at the same time, the battery started discharging rapidly and can barely hold a charge for 10 hours whereas it could go for three days before. I reached out to the seller for help but they did not return my query. I have been using flip phones for many many years, with my old samsungs still going strong after 3 years of use. Avoid this phone!
