I recently upgraded to Arc from playbar. The Dolby Atmos from the Arc provides exponentially better listening experience. My system is the Arc, 2 subs, and paired Sonos 5 speakers. Music at its very best. Watching a movie (with Dolby Atmos capability) through my Sonos is overwhelming sensory experience!

I love the Sonos system. I actually set up three of them. The 2 Arc with the Sub are incredible.Truly the best system. My Beam and mini sub work also, but the Arc is superior!

Absolutely the best sound ,hands down.

After upgrading my tv to a 65" LG OLED I also wanted to upgrade my soundbar. I did a lot of research & read countless reviews & there were many choices I could have made. I eventually narrowed it down to either Bose or Sonos. It seemed people were saying nicer things about Sonos than Bose so I decided to go with the Sonos. I then bought a Beam Gen 2. Afterwards I thought I didn't want to set it up & then regret not buying the Arc so I went for it & got the Arc. I don't regret it, this soundbar is like nothing I've heard before. No remote, you set it up using your iPhone. Once you have set it up & have it plugged into the eARC hdmi port on your tv the tv controls it. The sound is unreal, it's beautiful & clear & soooooo impressive. I could go on & on but basically you get the picture, I'm a convert to Sonos & I can't see myself buying anything else soundbar wise. A very definite 5 star rating from me.

What your OLED tv should sound like

Great product, wife said it appeared expensive on face value compared to others, however after having an LG bar for less that 2 years before it died I was happy to spend a little more as friend recommended build quality. Superb soundbar when used with sub, very good Atmos effects for single bar solution. Highly recommended

Excellent - very happy, don't be put off by the price.

Easy to set up. Does the job. Not happy with the WHY. This survey doesn't seem to care about that aspect. Buy since you didn't ask, I'll tell you anyway. It was to replace a sound bar that died after only 5 yrs. Not a good look. Could have made the mounting bracket universal instead of having to patch the wall and start from scratch.

The problem I'm having (and many other users over the past several years) is that the microphone randomly turns off without you touching it and the speaker makes beeping sounds. I've had this speaker for a week and I've already reached out to customer support twice. No solution in sight :( I've been a Sonos customer for years. This is a first.

Unreliable

I purchased this product anticipating it would run for years without issues given the premium quality and the cost associated. However ours we made it 75 days and had malfunctioned, dropping audio and alternating flashing lights. When seeking a replacement from Sonos, we were advised we would be receiving a refurbished replacement. Given we had gone beyond the 30 window. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Sonos Arc Great when it worked.

Still waiting to hear back for a refund. Received two different Sonos Arcs and both had issues. First one received didn't come with any accessories and the soundbar enclosure was not fully sealed.. 2nd one had issues with the HDMI connector not connecting to TV. Dealing with customer support was the most inconvenient I have ever experienced.

Can't trust Sonos Refurbished products (Sonos Arc)

Upgrade from Sonos playbar. Connect to Samsung TV HDMI ARC Port. Couldn't listen to Bluetooth/TV speaker because the audio would go to HDMI ARC port after a few seconds. Had to connect by optical port. Search for Samsung TVs and Sonos Arc you'll find numerous issues. My known product defect was the microphone would turn off and on by itself.

ARC had a known product defect, didn't work with Samsung TV

This is hard to write. My 1st Sonos experience was great with great sound and customer service. I decided to buy the ARC it didn't work. I called customer service after a hour and a half wait they weren't able to help me. They asked me to hardwire the speaker to my router so I bought a cable to do this. Called back waited another 1 1/2 hours to talk to someone. After 45 minutes we were able to get it connected only to the TV and Sonos music. The representative said that are planning on upgrading the software in the future so it doesn't have to be hardwired in the future. Not the response I was expecting from a company like Sonos. The ARC isn't a cheap investment. I think I'll be returning it unless the software is fixed very quickly.
