Great beautiful big screen TV. I love watching tv and movies all over again. The sound is not the greatest. I added a Sony sound bar and subwoofer and I am still not 100% pleased with the sound and it is frustrating how the commericals get WAY TOO LOUD. I may try a new sound system but otherwise the tv is beautiful.

Older model Bravia 2 great Sony TV no complaints. TV is at its best when watching movies, digital sound works fantastic with my old school audio system.

It is good. It has trouble staying connected to TV sound system. It works and in the middle of a show or movie, it stops.
A remote that glowed, would be nice. It is small and you can't see it and in a darker room, you need a flashlight.
If not for sound to during play, it would be much higher rated by me.

I purchased this TV because my son told me how customer friendly it was (set up and remote). It took me 3 hours, 3 chats with Google and finally gave up trying to use the "easy" set up with the QR code. When I entered EVERYTHING manually (which was pretty painful) we finally got to watch TV .

Nice TV, Difficult to Set Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lowered the rate on quality due to bad leg design on the TV and the fact that Sony has to have the worst speakers.    They need stronger more stable stand leg system and would like to see them put larger speakers with more speaker sound (treble, bass and equalizer) controll.

Reference guide in box has very little printed information on general usage of the TV.  
Hard to find adequate information needed.

This Sony google tv has a very poor picture quality.and it does not let you adjust brightness and some other features. For what I read, the tv adjust those features automatically based on the room lighting, however I don't think it does
a great job.
I have not tried to adjust volume features but the factory settings are also poor because the volume is very low.

Although the television is of a decent size, the picture quality is subpar, making it unsuitable for watching high-quality movies or playing video games.

I have only had this little over a month and it has issues ,,, the volume will not work ,, we noticed about a week in that it had a delay when turning up or down and now it won't work at all .. it shows on the screen your turning the volume up or down but nothing happens .. I read the reviews and this had really good feedback it I don't recommend at all

The volume stuck ..

I purchased this Sony TV twice and returned it twice. The first unit showed rainbow discoloration on white screens. The replacement had extremely poor dark-scene performance—night scenes were almost completely black and unwatchable. Very disappointing quality control for such an expensive brand. I would not buy this again.
