[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my DVD player broke, I went to a different store to but a replacement. When I got it home and set it up it did not have the ethernet port and could not get my old tv to play my streaming apps which is run through my DVD player. When I put in previous model number and you suggested something comparable you had images of the back of the unit and description so I knew it would work as it looked similar to what I had. Easy set up and everything is working even better than previous model that broke.

This is my second Sony Blu-ray/DVD player I have purchased. Works beautifully very clear picture reception. The current Sony player which I purchased over 5 years ago is still working beautifully as well and that's the reason I bought this same brand again for use in our bedroom because I've had good experience with their product. I highly recommend this product.

Great experience with this product.

The player works flawlessly. The delivery was likewise flawless. I was kept in constant meaningful communication concerning the devices whereabouts. Thank you Walmart for a fine job!

A Walmart Fine Job

We purchase one and liked it so much we bought a second one. Easy to install and use. Remote allows you to access Netflix and other streaming services which is a nice feature if you need it. Plays blu rays and DVDs. Good price.

Good value

Just got it today and so far it is working good. Only tow things to keep in mind:
1. It does not come with an hdmi cable. You will need to purcase.
2. This svd player is not wifi conpatable. To connect to the internet, you will need a LAN connection.

Quality is good. It's small and compact so it doesn't take up too much room.
I'm disappointed that it requires a wired internet connection, not sure how I missed that. It also doesn't include an HDMI cable. Set up was easy once I figured out it needed to be wired for internet.
I don't like how the user manual comes as a poster and doesn't explain how to add apps. I'm still trying to figure out how to add more apps besides the Netflix and YouTube apps pre downloaded to the device.

The remote like the DVR box was reduced in size. Too much for my preferences. I keep hitting buttons like 'Netflix' that interrupted the playing. I would have preferred a larger remote with more spaces between buttons.

Poor remote design

was wired not wireless, no mention of that in description. It said streaming but no directions on how to do that. The Netlix button did not bring up instructions for adding. The only Aop available was the USB port.
The Dvd Bluray play worked well though

disappointed in streaming access

I was shipped a faulty dvd player. It came in one day. I shipped it back, FedEx charged me $2.50 to repackage it, and now I am still waiting for a replacement, some 5 days later. Pretty poor service!!!

Poor service!

This item has no wireless connection. I consider this to be VERY DECEPTIVE.
