I love the compact size which fits perfectly on my desk.  The sound is amazing considering the size.  The bass boost works great too.  It's easy to use and I can use it for Blue Tooth also.
I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for quality sound without paying a huge price. 
I previously had a Sony boom box that was more than 20 years old and just recently started to skip when using the CD player.  But it was used almost everyday by someone in our family and carried around indoors and outdoors so we certainly got our money's worth from it.

The feature I love most about this model is the Bluetooth capability. It is great for streaming music, news and sports and with the CD Player, if you are like me, you can play your CDs. It has one great feature as well, if you have music in a digital form but want to put it in a hardcopy form, you can transfer digital files onto a CD.

The sound is so clear and so superior to other units I've owned. There is no static or interference and I am very happy with the LCD display for precise tuning to the stations I want. It has many features I have not used yet, but already I can tell it is just a superior product. I am very happy with it and would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a superior product.

I just bought this yesterday so this is a out of the box review. I will say the sound quality is very good and the reception is Good for FM and Poor for AM which is a shame because I listen to a lot of AM. Next right out of the box` the power cord was defective it was very loose fit on the radio and would fall off if moved, with luck the cord from the Sony this is replacing fit nice and tight. My other problem with it is I put on a CD when I go to bed and if I wake during the night which I usually do I'll play it again. There is no way I can do that with this unit without turning on the light and putting on my glasses as the buttons are hard to see in daylight and impossible at night. Once I'm sure I'll be keeping it I'll glue something onto the buttons so I can feel them, but a button on top you could press to illuminate the other buttons would be nice. Other than that it's a nice radio.

Good Sound

just bought this and have not used all the features like usb and copy.
Sound quality is super great and easy to set up bluetooth to play music from
cell phone; only problem is only one cell can have bluetooth activated but
feature is good.

great sound on a budget

I needed a CD player with blue tooth hookup, so this fits the bill.  The cd works fine, the sound is good but the annoying part for me is the display is dark and should be illuminated. There's a light to show the power is on but there's no light for the display.  I'd also like to have some control over the sound, just having a mega bass isn't good enough.  Bottom line...it's a good enough boombox but I'm not going to brag about it.

It has pluses and minuses

Luckily I bought the 2 year warranty for this product.  The cd player played for a few months, then stopped.  I am now on the third one, and this one is going bad.  Why does this happen?   I have an old sony cd boombox, not mp3 version, that is still working great.  I guess I will be going up to the store with this one and turning it in for a new one.

I bought this a little over a month ago and was very pleased with it until a few days ago when it stopped playing cds clear through. I am greatly disappointed.

Nice audio system.

This was a Christmas present from my wife.  Unit has very good sound, and the CD player worked for about 8 months.  Then it began shutting off 40-50 seconds into a CD. Read article 41268 about this problem.  Tried commercial and home-burned CDs, and same thing happened. Cleaning CD didn't help. Very disappointing.  Find the LCD controls hard to read.

CD player failed

I am so disappointed that I didn't read the reviews on this sight before I wasted money on this product for my Grandfather. He started having problems with the CD player pretty soon after purchased but I blamed it on his own lack of familiarity with the machine. Now it's obvious and I feel terrible I doubted him and that he can't enjoy one of his life's last pleasures since he's 85! The CD player constantly malfunctions. Will quit after playing half of one song. "Reading" will flash on the screen no matter the type of disc or if it's empty. And to make matters worse, when the machine is having this hissy fit, the radio tuner won't search for stations. None of the FM radio buttons respond. I can't comment on the USB or Bluetooth features and their reliability as we have not tried them. My Grandfather and I have been fans of Sony products for years; always believing that their product's quality was unsurpassed. I am so very heartbroken and disappointed.
