No issue as of yet with any of the buttons or joysticks. I've never seen this color in store so I decided to get it when I saw it online.

Worth it

The customer service was great. He kept me updated as much as he could and even offered to reimburse 5% for the lateness of arrival. However, that wasn't important to me. I wanted my package on time and there was a massive delay. In addition, the packaging wasn't what I expected. It just didn't feel genuine and I'm speaking on this matter because I got this item as a gift for someone and unfortunately, I was kind of disappointed.

I needed a new controller because my old one had really bad stick drift. Its really pretty but for some reason the hole that the headset plugs into makes my headset and mic quality TERRIBLE. It sounds good with other controllers but with this one its soooo bad :,(

at first it all worked good less than a month using it aiming trigger moves by itself and it does not charge I'm so mad because for the price should be working normal for a long time

0.5 / 5 stars. The quality of the Sony PS4 Dualshock controller is poor. The plastic isn't sealed all the way and there are scratches on the controller. Additionally the order was delayed.

Poor quality controller - would not purchase again

The  thing didnt work. I dont know why I'm so surprised the packaging was flimsy and cheap looking nothing like the one in the stores. I find it hard to believe its not a knock off being sold as actual Playstaion one. Its alos cheap feeling and lighter than the playstation controllers i alrardy own. Sad very very sad

It was not an authentic PlayStation 4 controller. I have bought many over the life of the PlayStation 4. This one is 48 grams lighter and cheaper made. I would like a refund please yet they will not accept it at store. Please please please can i have my money back !

Is a fake controller you'll receive and from Amazon not Walmart this generic controller is more cheaper on Amazon. I bought it thinking it was the real Sony ps4 controller and when it arrived with Amazon I got the big surprise that I wasted alot of money in a simple generic control why will Walmart have this product if is a misleading product with such a high price. SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS IS BASICALLY A SCAM!

Generic controller not Sony controller!

Item is not a Sony branded PS4 controller. It is indeed fake after doing some research. Do not order this item expecting to get an actual OEM Sony PS4 DualShock controller. Even in the description it says Sony branded. My first indication that it was fake was because the serial sticker had bubbles in in. I have 2 other OEM controllers and compared them. To the naked eye they look completely the same! However upon further inspection there are differences.
