Value For Money

System Quality

Fails to detect or struggles with certain game titles.

so far it has performed flawlessly and get used 7 days a week 8 to 10 hours a day for a refurbished electronics I am very pleased

first time buying refurbished electronics

walmart.com

came when it said it would, came with controllers and I did not know that, now i have four controllers and not enough friends.

very good

Works great! You cannot tell the difference between a new one and the refurbished one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looked just like new. Only problem we had was that it wouldn't let my grandson use his old account and play the games he already had in his account so he had to start over

I don't know much about the game. It's a gift, but my son said it was good.

Worked perfectly fine for awhile and now it just doesn't start up at all anymore

Broken

I hope they don't wipe their butts like they clean their restored system's mine was full of dust bunnies and the system itself wasn't even wiped down.

I order a refurbished PS4 Pro from Walmart. The product that arrived was in a PS4 Pro box but was a regular PS4. I returned it to a Walmart store. Since the discounted refurbished model is not a product normally in stock , I cannot order another one. I am just out the time and expense of having to return it.

Regular PS4 in box instead of the PS4 Pro

The remote controller that came with the console has a bad battery, being a refurbished unit you would think they would check that the controller would charge before sending it to a customer

Bad battery in controller

Console came not clean but I was still willing to try. Setup was extremely slow then the game couldn't handle Skyrim. I upgraded from the slim and it handled the game just fine. I expected with an upgraded CPU and memory like the description states that I would be enjoying a faster and nicer experience. Instead the game freezes for about a minute in between every dialogue. Returning the same day I got it. Terrible experience. I saw other poor reviews but I figure Walmart wouldn't have such an unreputable vendor on their site. I was wrong.

Poor Experience.

Sony PlayStation 4 Pro 1TB Console, Black, RB3001510 (Refurbished). A front-facing view of the black PS4 Pro console with a sleek, layered design, accompanied by a DualShock 4 wireless controller. The console offers enhanced gameplay with improved CPU and GPU, faster frame rates, and compatibility with all PS4 games. Includes an HDMI cable, Mono headset, power cable, and Quick Start Guide.
