Fails to detect or struggles with certain game titles.

so far it has performed flawlessly and get used 7 days a week 8 to 10 hours a day for a refurbished electronics I am very pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grandchildren love it, they are very happy and so am I.  The PS4 works properly and that's what matters.

I've only had it a short time to give a review. But, so far it's working fine. the only thing was they sent a usb cord that didn't work  for the console.

I hope they don't wipe their butts like they clean their restored system's mine was full of dust bunnies and the system itself wasn't even wiped down.

The remote controller that came with the console has a bad battery, being a refurbished unit you would think they would check that the controller would charge before sending it to a customer

Bad battery in controller

I dislike the fact that I have had it for a week and can't get it to turn on. It is stuck in the controller connect blue screen. It also rattles when moved so it sounds like there are loose pieces inside the console. I have serious concerns that no one looked at this product before it was sent to me. I had expected refurbished meant it had some standards.

It doesn't work!

Console came not clean but I was still willing to try. Setup was extremely slow then the game couldn't handle Skyrim. I upgraded from the slim and it handled the game just fine. I expected with an upgraded CPU and memory like the description states that I would be enjoying a faster and nicer experience. Instead the game freezes for about a minute in between every dialogue. Returning the same day I got it. Terrible experience. I saw other poor reviews but I figure Walmart wouldn't have such an unreputable vendor on their site. I was wrong.

this whole thing is bs imo i ordered the ps4 pro and got a slim! and the address that i got the box in said it came from athens ga i looked up the exact address and it seems to be a nursing home.. would never recommend anybody to buy this.
