Easy to assemble. Easy and sturdy to use. The bench does not tilt to the back when bench press barbell is loaded. Good balance. 

You do need a 6' min barbell to grab the bar outside of the bench press barbell holder.

It was easy to assemble and for the most part it's pretty sturdy. The bench itself isn't as big as I thought it would be length or width size (I'm 6'1).

Bench is not stable not even at 100 lbs also when you move it even one foot it tilts very disappointing don't have time to return will leave on curb and buy one I can see in person not on line

Workout bench is weak
