Build Quality

Directions are unclear and lack visual aids, making assembly difficult.

Can be sturdy, but also prone to looseness.

Great delivery. Days ahead of projected. Several parts missing. Waiting for parts. Directions did not show rear view of pulley set up.

Great price. Solid construction.

The machine itself seems decent, but the instructions and assembly were very difficult. Nothing is labeled, which makes the build process confusing and time-consuming. If you're not very handy or experienced with putting gym equipment together, you will likely struggle. I strongly recommend clearer instructions and labeled parts to make assembly easier for future buyers.

Instructions need Improvement

We had the thing put 95% together only to realize we were two pulleys short. It was very frustrating.

I don't normally bother responding to these reviews but felt that I had to in this case. I purchased this for my daughter to help with her rehab and it seemed like a great deal considering the 50% off price. As I was putting it together however I soon understood why the price was so marked down. When it came time to feed the 3100mm main cable through the upper frame I was unable to get the attached bolt past the hole in the upper frame for the butterfly arms. After hours of trying I trimmed off two edges of the bolt to make it smaller, because at this point the equipment was basically assembled. Given the amount of parts and weight etc who would spend hours disassembling it all again to pack it back up and try to return it. However the bolt would still not pass by the hole for the butterfly arms and eventually it became jammed in there.. After numerous attempts and a few more hours of trying, I figured since I had already cut the bolt I had to do something to make the equipment usable. Eventually I had to take an angle grinder and cut a small hole into the top of the upper frame to be able to get the bolt  and main cable to pass through. I cleaned up the hole with some protective tape to protect from anyone or the cable being cut by the sharp edges. My daughter is now able to use the thing but I'm not impressed with it at all. I suspect and it's my guess that the reason they were on sale for 50% off is because they were aware of the fabrication issue and that the bolt would not pass through, but were counting on people not attempting to disassemble, repack and ship back the product after spending hours putting it together. Needless to say  I'm not impressed and would strongly recommend AGAINST purchasing this item if it's on sale.

Parts don't fit due to fabrication issues!!!

Bought in January. Worked great at first. Part of the frame that holds the arms for chest press has cracked at the weld. Past the 90 day warranty.

The product was not complete and the shipping was very bad. The quality is not good either.

Lacks quality and not reliable

My experience purchasing this item from this seller was extremely disappointing. The quality of the equipment was very poor and abysmal; we had to repeatedly tighten bolts almost everyday, and within just four weeks, the cables in the pulley system started breaking, posing a serious safety hazard. Additionally, the base of the equipment gradually tilted, compromising its stability.

Most of the similar items on Walmart.ca have a 90-day window for returning, but when attempting to return the item within the, I encountered a frustrating runaround. Walmart directed me to the seller, who then informed me that I had surpassed their 30-day return policy. The seller added: "Even if you hadn't passed the 30-day, you would have paid the shipping cost for returning the item to the seller!" The fact is the shipping costs for such a heavy and big item is too high and it is not worth it to return the item to the seller.

Furthermore, the seller's advertised discounts proved to be misleading. Despite the tempting discount displayed on the website, the final price remained higher than that of comparable products on other popular platforms.

In light of this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing this item at all.

I found a much better-quality product at a lower price from another popular website. 

This entire ordeal highlights the importance of transparent policies and accurate pricing information for online consumers.
