I have had this machine for 6 months and love it. Although rated at only 240# when I first started using it I was 257# and had zero issues! Within a month I was below the 240# rating and six months I am at 220! (Improved diet and various other simple aerobic exercises also) Very worth the money!

A black residue is left on the floor after each use. It would stain a carpet. The stepper is great except for this. Will have to return it as we thought it was due from being new, but now can see it is the black rubber coming off of the mechanism from the friction of being used. Very disappointed. Hopefully it is just this machine and not all of them.

After 5 minutes of working out on the machine, it started squeaking.  I absolutely love the size and the workout on my muscles.  I just can't take the loud squeaking sound coming from the pistons.
