Slide, collide and score to win the Sorry! Game. Kids draw cards to see how far they get to move one of the pawns on the board. If they land on a Slide they can zip to the end and bump their opponents' pawns - or their own! Jump over pawns and hide in the Safety zone where opponents can't go. Kids keep on moving and bumping until they get all three of their pawns from Start to Home. But watch out, because if the pawn gets bumped, Sorry! It's all the way back to Start! the board is a little thin.  it is ok and for an inexpensive kids game it is fine.    its just not as robust as the one my grandparents had and now 4 generations have played.   the positive side of being thinner is it fits in a MUCH smaller box so storage is better.

I bought sorry to play with my grandkids. Wanted to show the next generation how fun board games can be. So when they come over we have a game night. They love playing sorry! 
I would definitely recommend if you have grandchildren to buy Sorry and see their faces when they win. It's amazing.

Game night

Both our son and daughter love this board game.  We had a really beaten up older version of Sorry.  We got this to replace and update it.  Packaging is good and clean; it takes up less space to store than our previous version.  Rules are pretty close to the original game we had.

I love this game.  I also love that the box is more compact than the original rectangle games boxes.  The board is a little smaller than the original but not noticeable.  I will mention that some of the actions on the new cards are different than the old game cards... all I can think off hand is that the new game %232 is not a go-again card.  
As for a gift, this is the best game for all ages, pretty easy to learn, lifetime of fun.  I still love to play and now my adult kids do too!

I know this as a so-called old school game for children I had purchased it to give as a donation to a Toys for Tots or some kind of Christmas program but was not able to get there in time so I have it put away for next year or as a gift for a child this year very great price I got it for

game for children been around long time

This game is a family favorite.  We like that all ages can play! We spilt up into teams if we have that many. The older ones help the younger ones. The game doesnt last all night so that it keeps the "littles" attention. This is a clasic addition to game night. Perfect gift for someone.

Classic family fun for everyone!

i bought this ,not for a gift lol but for myself,im 55 and i used to live this game along with many others plus im gonna try to get my grandsons to play it with me when i go visit for Christmas 🎄 i think they'll love it plus it'll get them off tve computer ( technology is runing our next generation)

reminisce of the goid days

Got this for a six-year-old boy who has not been exposed to many board games.  He improved the game by putting dinosaurs on the board to eat all his opponent's pieces %26 had a grand time of it!
The board is folded into fourths and packed into a square box.  The play is just the same as you remember, and is a great game for kids ages 5 or 6 and up.

Good gift for kids %26 family

the new version of the board is very visually loud.  We are in the age group of 70-90 and for us there was to much design patterns and lots of black  which made it hard to focus.  The cards have changed as well.  Very busy.  The playing pieces are not as good as the original game were.  The new compact size board and box are convenient, the instructions  are simple and easy to understand.  This game is good for all ages from younger kids to seniors.  The counting and reading of the cards is good for all ages.

We miss the old design of the  board

The board is made up of cheap material now. The cards are paper thin. The rules are different. The colors on the board keep changing 
It's still sorry though. We just went by our own rules from the 80s. 
Making it like the 80s and leave it alone. Please !!!! 
Still gonna play it though. It's the best.
