Can be straightforward, but may require time and patience.

Instructions can be precise and accurate, but sometimes unclear or misleading.

Limited width results in unused space behind them.

The parts were precision cut and fit together really well. I like the versatility of this desk for my papercrafting projects. I did not realize that the drawers on the left side have a lot of empty wasted space behind them. Would be nice if they were a little deeper.  I assume they were designed that way so they would not get over-weighted and stress the drawer slides.

Assembly instructions were straightforward, and it took me about 3 hours to put together.  It is a big piece of furniture, and it is good enough quality.  It is in my spare room, so when I'm not using it for a sewing table I will put a flat screen tv on it.  It is a pretty piece and I'm glad I bought it.  One thing that does bug me: the drawers do not span the width of the table, so it is a waste of space.

South Shore is great!

Put this table together in 2.5 hours, was easy to follow step by step instructions. It not being real wood, is still a nice table. The drawers are a good size, the slide-out sewing machine portion is a bit to small to hold my machine, so I use it for other stuff. Fits magazine holders though.  Anyway really glad I bought it.

Nice table

Works exactly how I envisioned. Took slightly longer to put together than estimated but still happy with outcome.

Very useful

Arrived sooner than expected but with some damage in shipping but called the manufacturer customer service and they said they would send new parts to replace. Great customer service and I hope the new parts come soon.

Love and waiting for replacement for damaged parts

I am very happy with this purchase. We had a damages piece when it arrived but a quick call to the customer assistance rectified the problem. A new part was shipped immediately, no questions asked and received three days loathe in perfect condition.

Love the storGw

This desk has just the right amount of drawers in the right configuration for a crafter like me! It was easy to assemble, and I did it by myself in about 2 hours. The only downside is that it's HUGE!

Excellent crafting desk

I always hesitate ordering furniture online, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for in the stores.  Exactly what I worry about happening happened on both of my purchases. They were both damaged when I received them. Not enough that I would ever pack them back up and return them, which is probably what the company counts on.  I try to be resourceful and creative to cover up the noticeable dents. This time I used colorful designer duct tape to cover the edges. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchases.

Expected the dents

It is nice for the price and since it is for our 9yo daughter it will probably get beat up anyway. This is probably a good thing since one of the front facing pieces did come damaged but not enough to bother returning it given its size and weight.

Nice for the price

I love my craft table! The size of it is perfect for my small craft room and I also like that it has wheels! The only thing that concerned me was the delivery. It came the day it was expected but the corners of the top table are a little damage. But I can work with that.

Great size craft table

Two Wholes were not drilled in one piece.  Had to have this done as it was critical to holding the piece together.   The wholes to not line up.  Tried the piece several different ways.  Could not make hinge work as the piece stuck out to far for hinge to attach to other hinge.  Had to remove and adjust the exisitng whole so the piece could be moved over and align properly.  Shimmed whole with a wooden dowel so the piece would fit.
