Little hard assemble but pulled up online directions alot better

The bed itself is actually great. It's easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. However, I thought from the picture that the headboard was included. If I had realized that it wasn't, I would have gone with a combo option for a better price. I now have to order a headboard to go with it and spend another $100.

No headboard

Some of the parts from shipping and the weight which could have been protected better had broken.
The base is that the mattress sits on very cheaply made but my husband fixed with him cutting another more efficient platform.
