I was skeptical about buying this dresser after reading reviews, but it arrived in perfect condition. Took me and my friend about 3 hours to put together, wasn't that tedious at all. Came in a lot of parts, but it's a bit dresser, what else would you expect? Had no difficulties in assembly. And the dresser is beautiful. Looks like I paid $300+ instead of $150. The finish looks awesome, very sleek, modern design. Drawers slide well. Sturdy particle board too! Might attach it to the wall if I was putting a large TV on it though.

The South Shore Fynn Double 6-Drawer Dresser is a decent dresser for the money, looks very sleek and modern, great fit in my bedroom. The drawers are not super sturdy but for the cost and a put together the value is acceptable. Instructions were OK to follow, definitely a 2 person project, a little harder than a simple 3 drawer to put together but that is expected with a modern 6 draw design. Product came with a damaged piece during shipping, nothing bad just cosmetic. I called the support number and was speaking with a customer service person in seconds who knew the product very well, I gave them the piece and my address then got the new pieces in the mail in about a week. Excellent customer service!

Decent dresser for the money, very sleek & modern

Instructions were simple and a breeze to follow. Although it is similar to IKEA furniture in quality....for the price it's a really great value.. :)

Looks really nice..modern and elegant

Fairly easy too build and looks great! Came with a couple defective pieces, but I called SouthShore and they send out the replacement pieces no questions asked.

Cool furniture and great customer service

The Fynn lineup had the look we were looking for. The overall quality is pretty much what we expexted for that price range.

The only issue we had with this dresser are with the slides that comes with it. The Drawers are 14inch deep and the slides are 12 inch long. This makes the drawer very wobbly ( more so on the large ones) when opening and closing it to a point that it is hitting the sides when closing it ( dammage will inevitably follow i.e. chips). This also reduced by 2 inch the opening when the drawer is fully open, making it difficult to access its content. I contacted the company  and they agreed that it was stranged but confirmed that 12 inch is what is in the design. Strangly, the Fynn 2 drawer tables, have the same 14in drawer but comes with 14in slides. Go figure...

I handed-up going to the hardware store  to get 6 pairs of 14in slides for $60 and spend a day retrofitting them. Works alot better now and keep wife happy.

Careful with the drawer...

This dresser took me forever to put together! The top piece arrived damaged and there are areas of discoloration and bad spots in the finish. I really do love the look of this, now that it's together. But, I don't think the price was worth the effort!

ALL assembly required

This dresser is a great price and is ok quality. When put together it is solid and looks very nice. I would have given it five stars except that the drawers are very flimsy. I would have gladly paid more for the dresser to have drawers that were sturdier. It does take a long time to put together, and part of that is dealing with the drawers that do not want to go together with out splitting the back panel.

A good buy

Item appeared to be a nice color and style, however, it arrived in boxes that looked like they'd been carelessly thrown around and due to the limited cushioning inside, nearly every part was severely damaged and I was unable to assemble the dresser.  

I would not recommend purchasing this product online, knowing how it is packed and how it will arrive.  It's a whole other process to try and return.  If one chooses to buy this, I highly recommend getting it at the store and definitely having help as there are a thousand unmarked pieces inside and will take considerable muscle and help assembling.

Do Not Have This Shipped

Horrible!!! Missing parts, and the pieces dont fit how they supposed !

Recently purchased and assembled the dresser myself. Several key parts were missing to fully assemble. It arrived with 7 Knicks and damaged departments. After completing everything that was available, I still wasn't able to build all 6 jours.
