Excellent product in every way.  Very, very pleased with appearance, functionality, durability, (and customer service (A++) from the supplier).

Assembly instructions were very thorough but assembly was somewhat complicated and required more patience than I had.  Had to ask a handyman neighbor to assemble it for me.

Nightstand came packaged nicely with no damage to any of it. Assembled easily with good instructions. Nightstand seems nicely made and looks good!

South Shore was great about replacing damaged parts. But as this item is only available for shipping be aware that it will come in with damaged parts. Some of the damage was obviously from the way the items were packaged from rubbing together in the boxes; others like fully broken pieces were probably from them being dropped by mail carriers.  
I ordered 4 different pieces for a bedroom revamp and every single item had damage. Either from scrapes scuffs and damage to the finish, or just flat out broken un-usable pieces. Like I said though South Shore was good about replacing the broken pieces but not a lot to be done about scuffed up finish which sucks.

It is probably gonna have damage from shipping.

The black trim was scraped off on the edges, and the front plate wouldn't attach properly, so now its just leaning on the front!!  No worth the trouble to pack up and return, will make it work, but would not recommend buying to anyone else.

Poor Quality

So cheap. Followed directions perfectly took about two hours, I bought two of these. The first drawer slid in perfect.  the second one doesn't line up at all I've tried everything. The face keeps falling off and smashed my hand up. I just wish I could throw it in a fire but I'm keeping it solely because I spent the money on it lol spend the extra money and order from bobs furniture they put it together for you ;)

Worst purchase ever

This wasn't too hard to put together but it's honestly a terrible piece. Suits already falling apart. Wish I never got it

Not worth it

The night stand is very fragile. Made of flake board or some compressed wood. Very heavy piece of furniture.
