I normally put the desks or chairs together with my son or by myself. I put this together by myself but it is recommended 2 people. The pieces are heavy. Most of the pieces were labeled but some weren't. So at times it was a process of elimination. Had a lil trouble getting the side door on but i figured it out. Wasn't the easiest to put together but it turned out great

It took me about 1.5 hours to put it together, the instructions are just pictures, and most of the pieces aren't even marked clearly so I would know which piece was which. Ultimately I did get it put together by myself. the material is pretty cheap but this is definitely worth the price for a kid. I'm homeschooling my son this year and we are ready for learning!

Great desk especially for the price. I was a little nervous when I got the order because one corners of the box was taped up. The desk was very well packaged and there wasn't any damage.  Step by step directions for putting it together.  Very sturdy and great size.  I love it!

Great value

This is a great desk, just enough room for my computer and things I need for work.  The drawers you can fit a lot in, booklets, pens, folders and snacks lol the only thing is I have hit my knee on the edge a few times. So I would say be careful. But its a nice sturdy desk good quality too.

My new work desk

I bought the desk because I loved it but when I went to put it together there were pieces that were not drilled correctly at all. The holes didn't line up whatsoever and it was a big inconvenience. I had my father drill them correctly but they should have been done right the first time.

Love the desk, but pieces weren't drilled right

I was very excited to receive this order! However my husband opened up the box and noticed some pieces were VERY scratched up. We assembled the desk. I thought the marks might get better once cleaned and wiped down. Nope. Still scratched up. Disappointed with the shipping. Not too bad to assemble. Would NOT recommend getting this shipped. Would not of ordered if I knew this scratch would never go away right on the top of the desk from the point of arrival to our home.

I received this desk over 2 weeks ago, but I haven't been able to fully assemble it yet because of missing parts and parts that do not fit. One piece didn't align correctly with the rest of the desk because some of the pre-drilled holes were out of place and some were not on the piece at all. The manufacturer sent a replacement within 5 business day. However, after almost completing the assembly, I discovered that one of the drawers were missing pieces. So I have to contact the manufacturer again for those parts. The part of the desk that is together looks nice but the drawer that is in place sticks when opening and closing it. Walmart gave me a small discount for the problems, but I recommend skipping the hassle altogether and buying a different desk instead of this one. Which is unfortunate because it's a nice looking desk if everything is there and fits properly.

Missing/ Unusable Parts

Bought this desk for my son. The pros are that it looks nice and fits in a small space. It is working well in that respect. The cons...it really isn't even close to easy to put this thing together. The instructions are confusing. I had to take it apart once because one of the boards got assembled backwards. And I am not a stupid human, I was just doing it exactly as the instructions stated. Fast forward to finishing it up...some parts were missing that are crucial to putting the top right drawer together! I was so upset! We had to pull out my husbands air compressor and staples and assemble the drawer that way! I don't know what I would do if it weren't for him! We wouldn't have had a top right drawer! Now moving on to the long middle drawer....The liner that goes on the bottom of the drawer is too short.  It fits...but just barely squeaks in, there rather than having a bit extra to really fit in there snugly and hang on! The result...the bottom of the drawer pops out and sags down underneath the drawer. So we had to pull out glue and the air compressor again and fix that so that it would stop popping out! The last issue...the door.  It doesn't matter how much you adjust the screws to "level" the door.  There is no latch or magnet for the door to click shut onto.  So it swings into the unit itself. It doesn't sit flush like it is supposed to.  Your door will be slightly sitting inside the cabinet.  So we bought a cabinet magnet part from Lowe's so the stupid door would just close like it is supposed to! So the moral of this story is...it is a nice looking desk for a teen room or small space! Putting it together is the least amount of fun you will have all year! And unless my entire setup was defective and defied all odds....it will not function properly unless you modify it. So if I had the choice to go back in time I would NOT have purchased this regardless of what a good buy it was! But I had already spent all the time putting it together and couldn't figure out how I could possibly get it back into the box and return it...so we soldiered on! My recommendation would be that if you are interested in this item...think again!

I Highly Recommend That You Avoid This Desk!

The material it's made of is garbage it was damaged in the box I contInured to attempt to put it together it was literally falling apart. I had To use my own brackets to support it. The drawers don't open and close properly I'm asking for a refund and I cant Possibly send it back now because I've tried to glue it and I would Never be able to get it back in the box  DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
