Love this dresser! I read the bad reviews on this piece. You have to follow the directions to a T. The drawers have to be placed in a certain spot. Almost everything I read was people saying the drawers weren't fitting in right. Follow the instructions and you'll be just fine. I bought this one to match another dresser that I bought. They both look beautiful! Love the color!

It's beautiful it was a little hard to  build but over all we got it done ! but one part came a Lil busted but we put wood glue and was careful building the dresser.

I'm not sure what happened with everyone else's dressers, mine turned out great. It is not top quality but for the price it is perfect. I'm happy with it

Looks good. Not hard to assemble. Some minor damage, but all in unseen places so we didn't bother to return. Box was ripped up the side. It should have been a two person delivery but they had one guy doing it and he was struggling. Is a heavy piece of furniture. Good for price.

Value for money

For the money this it totally worth it! Took my at least 4 hours to put together by myself and was a bit of a pain. The directions made sense and everything was labeled. My drawers did not come out crooked so I am sorry to anyone that had that issue but I do not share your pain!

Worth it for the money

The item was shipped quick, and was just as shown, but the instructions left out the fact that glue should be used to make a stronger assembly than just the fasteners.  Also, there isn't an itemized list of all the fasteners, nails, dowls, screws, or drawer roller.  Also, the top to the dresser could uise a veneer strip where the top overlays the frame.

South Shor Tassio 6 drawer Double Dresser

Unable to close one drawer (top right) without it locking/getting stuff. Super frustrating as it took me two days while very pregnant to put this together (with help of my husband) and now the top drawer isn't properly working. We've made sure everything is in the proper spot, all screws are tightly secure (not too tight not too loose) and follow all instructions properly. Upset because to me it's the most important drawer and this side is where the change pad goes (ontop) and diapers/wipes into the top left drawer.

One drawer malfunction:(

OK it came fast so that was good!! It took my friends husband three hours and he's coming back tomorrow to finish. The instructions are ridiculous took forever. Then in parts aren't seen by the public the inside would to support the drawers came from other shelves so that means that on the inside I see different colors slabs of wood.  For $200 you should be having all the same color everywhere anywhere even if it's on visible by the public. I don't know if I recommend this assembly is several hours you would need to clear a whole Afternoon.

Extremely long assembly

I didn't get enough screws for assembly. I need to buy extra for it.

When I first opened the box, I saw minor damage.  Decided I could live with it and continued to unbox the dresser.  The long piece that runs along the front was broken.  It wasn't a clean break, so I decided I could fix it.  Once I had it nearly unboxed, a found a piece that is the wrong finish.  This is a deal-breaker and it must be returned.  I also noticed that the top piece is bowed by about an inch.  Not sure how that would affect assembly.  Overall, this has been miserable.  Not sure how I'm going to return it.  I'm not "young" and this dresser is HEAVY!  I've destroyed the box trying to get it all unpacked.  On a positive note, I unboxed and assembled the matching nighstand which I love.  Too bad it will have to go back too since the dresser is no longer available for exchange.
