So the product is small and does work as intended, BUT it is advertised as a battery operated unit - it is NOT, that is absolutely incorrect.  Additionally, the shipping is very slow when measured against other online retailers.  

I helped Mom buy this online at her request and we really debated returning it because what she got is not what was promised, but she decided to keep it even as a plug-in electrical heater mostly because we didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it in person.  

We would consider improving the rating if the advertising information was corrected and if the shipping time had only been 1 month as opposed to 2.
