I have bought this for several months with zero complaints but the last two boxes (2 x 22 kg) the litter would not clump making it a chore and a waste of litter to clean. I moved on to another brand.

Sometimes it forgets to clump!

I have been using this brand of cat litter for over a year and it is great for odours but half the time it doesn't clump at all. I like the price and the size of package, and the cats like it, but as far as clumping it is not great.

very bad job at clumping.. kinda turns to a hard mud and separates so easily when it comes to scooping. I have 5 cats and 2 litter boxes, i scoop every 12 hours and change out entire litter every 3 days. my cat's love this litter but it's VERY dusty... i'm currently in search of a new litter due to how much dust it creates....

ReOrdered this because the last time I used it, it worked well. The scent wasn't too strong, and it clumped really well for the price. This last box.. I'm afraid I have to join the chorus, It didn't clump, didn't do the same job at deodorizing.. Just made a wet mess on the bottom of the litter box that made things a real chore to clean up. Won't be ordering it again. :/

Yup. New formula is terrible.

We've been using this litter for a while now. We noticed last time that the packaging was different when we bought it. However, the packaging is not the only thing that has changed! They have changed the formulation of this litter, and it no longer clumps properly. It turns to a sticky mud when my cat urinates in it, and then the mud sticks to the sides and the bottom of the litter box. Awful! We can't scoop it out properly, and it breaks apart and gets everywhere. I just spent half an hour cleaning out the litter box with water and Mr. Clean, because it was so bad. My husband and I bought three boxes, and two are going back to the store today. It's irritating as the price has gone up, and the quality has gone way, way down. We'll be buying different litter from now on.

Warning: Not the Same Litter as Before

We've been buying Special Kitty multi cat fragrance free litter for 6 years. They've changed the formula, and now it doesn't clump, even if you scoop right after kitty has left the box. Very disappointed. Will not repurchase. Hope customer service sees this and makes it right. Please PM me.

Sad new formula

I thought this will clump better than the non-premium one. It did not clump at all. It absorbs the cat urine and falls apart. The non-premium brand is so much better. Do not bother with this one.

It does not clump at all..

Compared to my usual Purina Maxx Scoop, this litter is *extremely* dusty, it even made my cat caugh just after being poured. It also does a very poor job at clumping urine. Finally, foul odours unpleasantly radiate throughout the house.

This litter is horrible and I wouldn't use it again even if it was given to me for free. It creates a huge cloud of litter dust whenever I put litter in the box or when the cat digs a hole. After the cat goes to the washroom all I can smell is litter for an hour after. It also doesn't clump at all. Cleaning it is horrible
