Excellent pump. I switched to this from my Symphony rental. There was an adjustment period and a bit of a learning curve, but Spectra Baby Canada customer service was exceedingly responsive and helpful. I was spiralling, as I initially wasnt getting the same output, but they replied to my email within a few hours. Really top notch customer service. 
Love the rechargeable battery as it means I can be mobile while pumping. I also haven't had a clog since I started using this pump. 
My only complaints are that I wish the pump had a holder for two bottles insfead of one, and that the suction level would lower once turned off (I often forget to turn it down before stopping, so the next time I go to pump is rather shocking)

Outstanding Customer Service

I wish Spectra had been available in Canada earlier because it would have saved me so much stress. I originally started pumping with a Medela since that was all we had here, and my output was always low no matter how often I pumped. I felt like I was constantly trying for very little results and it honestly affected my confidence. The suction never felt quite right and I always had this feeling that something was off.

Everything changed when I finally bought the Spectra S1 Plus. The very first day I used it, I could tell immediately that it was a completely different experience. The suction is gentle but so much more effective, my letdown happens faster, and I'm getting noticeably more breast milk in way less time. It felt like such a relief to finally see real results after struggling for so long.

Their customer service is also amazing. They respond quickly and actually help you instead of giving you canned replies. It really made me feel supported as a new mom.

The best part is my work insurance covered the entire cost of the pump, so I didn't even have to pay out of pocket. I honestly love Spectra. This pump changed everything for me and I'm so happy it's finally available in Canada.

The Best Pump I've Ever Used — Worth Every penny

Customer service through Spectrababycanada website was incredible! Pump arrived within a week and works just as well as the hospital grade. I was able to get a detailed invoice for insurance reimbursement through Spectra Via email after purchase! Most Canadian insurance providers with cover $300 or more so double check with your provider!!

I was a bit hesitant at first after seeing some scam rumours on Reddit, but I'm so glad I went ahead with my order. The pump arrived at our door the very next day, I reached out to their customer support with a few questions and they were fast and helpful. It's a proud Canadian company and it truly shows in the way they treat their customers. My wife can't wait to use the pump once our little one arrive

Legit Company, and Amazing Support!

With my first child we had trouble breastfeeding and I had to pump with pumps that just did not have the suction strength I needed and my supply suffered. So I bought the S1 as soon as it was in stock while I was pregnant with my second child. My little one ended up being born 7 weeks early and in the NICU for a month. Purchasing the S1 ended up being the best thing I could have done because my supply was great the entire time she was in the NICU and she never once needed formula.

I tried so many pumps because I was struggling with low supply, until I heard about Spectra. I was even planning to cross the border to get one, but they're finally available here now. It completely changed things for me , my supply increased so much that I'm now an oversupplier. Just get it!! ✨🍼

The Rolls Royce of Breast Pumps!

Best pump I've owned by far. Very user friendly - gentle suction and great stimulation mimicking a baby sucking to start let down then expression for getting the biggest drop. I would pump for 40 minutes with my mom cozy or lansinoh pump and get minimal ounces and with the spectra I pump for 15 minutes and get double the amount. It's expensive but worth it! Buy it best decision I made to up my supply and be gentle on the nipples

Absolutely worth the money!

Im a first time mom and this pump is fantastic! Its comfortable and I get very good output. Its nice that you can adjust it to exactly what feels comfortable, personally I get the best results from using only the massage option (bacon button lol) also, the pump parts arent too terrible to clean, totally worth it if you have insurance to cover some of it! It also was delivered super fast, walmart is a legit seller of this pump if you live in Canada!

Works amazing as a FTM!

After using my pump for over 2 months with no issues, it suddenly stopped turning on out of nowhere even though nothing had happened to it. As someone who exclusively pumps, this was very stressful for me, especially since it was already 7 days past my return date. The Spectra Canada support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered me quickly, guided me right away, and made a very stressful situation feel much more manageable. I really appreciated their understanding, prompt support, and how seriously they took my issue.

This pump was recommended to me by so many people and I cannot understand why!!! I consistently tried it for about a week, and finally couldn't take it anymore; it did not draw out the milk well, and often left me with clogged ducts. It also was incredibly inconvenient to use, since both pump/milk catchers have to be held the entire time they're being used. When pumping with this machine, know that it will be the ONLY thing you will be doing, there is no hands free option here. It did hold its charge well, so the battery life was not an issue, but I found myself dreading pumping because of how uncomfortable and ineffective this machine was. Better technology exists ladies!!
