stylish - well made

I purchased this faucet 20 years ago and it has been superb. I have had to replace a couple parts, but with Price Pfister's great customer service this procedure has been painless. I call, they answer the phone quickly, no question about replacement parts under warranty, and they are shipped in a timely manner.
It is so refreshing to find a company that still adheres to putting the customer first.

Excellent contemporary styling

Purchased in 2002 /2003 and it still looks new & works great

I have had this faucet going on 3 years now and still get compliments on it all the time. The biggest problem we have had is our water has stained the "waterfall" portion of the faucet. But upon contacting Pfister, they promptly sent me a replacement. Not many companies still stand behind their products like this anymore.

The unit is nice and I love the look. But now I have no pressure on cold. The hot has full pressure. I cleaned the screens and it's still low. How do I get a new cartridge for it?

The flow restrictor is clogged.  How is it removed for cleaning or replacement?

Lousy Documentation

The faucet is approx 5 years old but I'm unable to find the receipt. The handle is difficult to move ans squeezes. Tried to remove the handle but the set screw is seized. Being so small it was easily stripped. Being a plumber by trade, I was surprised how difficult the faucet was to work on. This faucet wasn't cheap and now I will  need to replace with a new one.

Difficult to work on

I bought two Vega faucets. They are stylish and my family enjoy using them. However, since last week  the handle of one of them has become stiffer and stiffer to operate, with squeaking noise goes with it. We managed to disassemble the handle and cover (part #940-023) with an 3/32" Allen wrench this afternoon, then pulled out and examined the Cartridge (part #974-074). It's cracked badly in three different places!  I give this product a two stars because Pfister provides it a life-time warranty (that's one star earned) and my second Vega faucet is still operating without issue (second star earned).

The handle becomes very hard to operate.

While we love the look of it, we have found that water doesn't drain well and ends up pooling in the sink (even when the faucet is turned on low pressure). Would really like to hear any advice on what we can do to fix this before we have to go down the route of replacing it with something different.
