Have only used it a few times, but it has performed as advertised. When the description mentioned something about "even toasting technology" I decided we had to try this toaster. (We had lost the rack to the old toaster oven somehow.) The old toaster had not toasted very evenly, and we had been unhappy with it for a while.With the new toaster, so far, so good.

This really does the trick. It toasts evenly and is very easy to clean.  It broils and bakes very well. 

The entire surface of the toast gets toasted.. not just parts of it.  When you first use it watch it because the dark setting will burn the toast... You need to do trial and error to find the best setting for you.

the best toaster oven I ever bought

I recently replaced my older Black and Decker Toaster Oven with this product.
I am very pleased with the product and it is currently meeting all of my expectations.

Great Product

This oven is ok but the thing it misses most is a single toast button. Our last toaster oven had a single button to push to toast which was a bug time savor and produced consitent toast every time. This one is very difficult to get consistent results.

Toaster oven

This toaster was replacing a larger one we bought at another retailer several years ago.  While I knew t this one was small I never expected it to barely hold three fish filets.  
Just know if you buy this, it works,  just don't be too hungry.

We finally used our toaster. We aren't sure if the dials were not functioning right at first or not. You have to adjust the dials certain ways anditcan be a bit confusing. I have to take my stuff out before it chimes or it will get over cooked. It works but I have to watch it.

It's an ok toaster

This toaster over takes a long time to heat up to the range it needs to be at. It takes longer to cook then what it reads on the box that you are cooking. My kitchen heated up almost to the point as if I had the oven on. You have to be very carful pulling out the try for it slide right off at the 1/2 way point. I am going to return it.

Not so great product

Since the heating element must have 1 1/2 inch clearance and the rack is so high, it gives only 1 1/2-2 inches for anything you put in it... toast is about all  that will fit

Clearance too low

sorry to say, this toaster burns everything..... Maybe I burn everything b/c I'm not watching the toast but I shouldn't have to watch the toast... It also gets very, VERY hot...

When you make toast it will burn it even when you have it set on the lowest setting, even when you are toasting one or four slices of toast it will burn. Should have bought the same bran of toaster oven that I had and not Black and Decker.
