Love using it. Make my daily grilled cheese sandwich. Lightly toasted with a crunch, melted cheese lightly cooked onion. It was delicious.  I've even used it on my bacon. No problem cooking it. Bacon was done so I made a BLT for a great lunch one day. I am going to recommend this Meal Station for any single person or college student. After cooling off I set it aside standing up on its side like a book in the counter and still have room on the counter space.   Thank You for making the 3-in-one Meal Station. Helen V.

Works great , was looking for a waffle maker and got this instead , makes awesome hot sandwiches and can grill for  one or two ... saves space and can make more than awesome waffles too !

Excellent product. Heats very well. The plates are a little bit thin but, quality is very good for the price. Especially the waffle plates are really good, it makes good crust. I used a different brand before, but this one is way better than that.

Excellent performance to price

I bought this because I needed a new grill because my nonstick surface was coming off and I decided that I liked this model because it combined several features and I thought I would be able to purchase this and then get rid of my stand-alone appliances and save some space in my overcrowded appliance cabinet. Now however I have this one that I just have to add to my already overcrowded cabinet because it does not work as well as my stand-alone appliances. It does heat but not as well as it should especially on the top element. I have to turn what I am cooking over about halfway thru my cook time to get it to brown/cook evenly on both sides, so I am pretty disappointed in this product.

the unit is built very well as are the plates but  one set of plates (Sandwich plates) are missing I don't think it's a big deal so I've used the ridged plates and canned biscuits which I stuffed, and they worked great

plates. The waffle leaves to much space without batter and the top gets cooked nice with some brown, but the bottom doesn't. I turn the waffle over for a minute before taking out. 
I like the short cord. I love that the plates come out for cleaning. My other waffle maker I could not remove the plates to clean them. I would love to have a product that only does waffle and Panini sandwiches. Another words I don' t need the triangle plates.  I like that it sit upright when not in use.

Great Idea for my small cabinet space.

Very nice price and I like that it's 3 in 1, but the main thing that I didn't realize and that bothers me now is that it doesn't have a timer. Not suitable at all.

No timer

The temperature is too high and there is no way to change it. No matter what kind of batter we used, the outside was always burned and the inside was always liquid. When the ready light would come on, the waffle would tear apart and stick to the plates, despite using cooking spray, butter, or whatever we tried. The front of the plates are also SUPER easy to scratch, while the backs of the plates are extremely rough, meaning if you stack the plates, they WILL SCRATCH THEMSELVES! Finally, it is very easy for the cooking spray or butter to get inside the unit. We constantly have oil dripping out of the unit and there is no way to open it. Very disappointed, as we saved up for this and now we have to buy a new one because this one doesn't even work.

Does not work!!!

To my disappointment, received a used machine. It had Amazon sticker on it stating “Thanks to you, this product has a second life” I did not know I was buying a opened/used product.

The item came with loose top and it does not heat up well, if I take them out when light turns green waffles are paychy cooked if I leave it longer they turn too brown.
