Always wore a 10M shoe but when I got these I needed a shoehorn to get into them. They were too short and too narrow. With the help of a very helpful customer service representative I returned the first pair for a 10 1/2W. Hope this is helpful for everyone ordering this shoe.

Great basic Top Siders-  Takes a little break-in, but usually pretty quick and ‘step-in ready..
Have had Sperry's for past 35 years and will continue to purchase.  You just can't go wrong with the quality of Top Siders - whether your buying for boat wear or just cause there comfy.  I have a pair for inside ‘house shoes' and a pair I wear out. They can't be beat…

Sherry Top Siders - Best in the Bi

These shoes were purchased for our 14 year old son who needed them for school shoes.  We had bought an off-brand shoe at the beginning of the school year for him and regretted it as soon as his shoes started peeling.  Our other sons have had Sperry shoes and they've lasted and they loved them so we got these for our 14 year old and he is very happy with the look, and comfort of them.  When and if he outgrows them we'll get another pair for him.

I like the shoe so far I have been just wearing it indoors while it breaks in a little more.  Leather is nice, I was wondering if I would "be OK" with the Nylon eyelet cord instead of leather, but I'm getting used to it and maybe it will stay tied longer!  To my foot the "W" designation is still quite narrow and the sole itself doesn't appear any wider than the first pair I ordered in 12W.  I ended up going up one size to a 13W and it fits, yet slightly long.  I hope this pair lasts 23 years like the pair it is replacing.

It's a nice shoe for a nice price. The only thing that keeps them from being a 5 is that they don't have leather shoelaces.

These shoes are just fine for my current boating activities. The old ones are down in the garage. The stitching on the vamp is torn and mended. The soles have lots of wear left. I bought the new ones because they were on sale. They are sort of "Sperry Topsider Light". They are fine for now.

Great Lower End Sailing Shoe

Bought these for just wearing around the house...  Overall, they are well constructed sturdy shoes, should last a very long time.  They do fit on the snug side and the leather is a bit stiff compared to some boat shoes that are comprised of a softer composition, so you'll need to wear them a bit to break them in.

Shoes started falling apart after the 2nd time wearing them.   The inside cushioning came apart and the stitching is very poor.   I've bought many pairs of Speerys  in the last couple of years and I've always been happy.   Not content with
