I read a lot of mixed reviews but purchased it anyways on sale. It works great on carpet and with all points on the boarder pointed inward is important it helps keep croc from escaping as well as redirecting him so he doesnt just follow the boarder. Its also fun to play as one player against a timer even and can take turns and see who last the longest. We played as a family for 2 hours (just mom, dad, and only child. I can see a group of kids playing together for hours!! Really is a lot of fun!! Push button on back of croc to get start 2 different speeds makes it fungor all ages!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I helped my kids set this up in the living, I will suggest that you do use this on carpet and not hard flooring.  The set up was quick and easy.  My son couldn't stop giggling each time the croc rolled his way and he had to jump around to escape it.  It sometimes tends to roll in one direction a bit more then the other but my son didn't mind it.  He had a great time playing this with his brothers. I received this game for free for review purposes but all opinions are my own.

It is exciting, easy to use, and gets my children up and moving which is really important. It's such a fun game that you can take anywhere and play anywhere and we love it!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We were so excited to try Croc ‘n' Roll were always down for the next interactive family game. Loved the fact that this game is so unique and different from other games out there. Set up is very simple all you need to purchase is two AA batteries aside from that everything else is provided. Product came with 3 sets of 3 different colored lily pads, a chain of plastic fence to keep the croc in and the croc and roll. My family had a blast my 3 year old had a fun time getting the hang of the game he played with his uncles ages 13 and 11. I even got into the fun too. Over all the only complain o really have is the material that the Lilly pads are made of is flimsy and very slippery so kind of hard to stay in place. If it were made of rubber like material I feel like it would last for more plays. I noticed that the croc rolled faster on carpet than it did on tile. Overall we had so much fun playing even the ones watching the others play were laughing the whole time. The kids themselves rated it a 10/10 and are playing it nonstop. Will have to take along to all our future family reunions.

I  received this Croc and Roll game for free in exchange for an honest review,just in time for my children to need to play indoors due to the weather.The game was so much fun and encouraged physical exercise as the kids hopped and jumped around.They literally played for hours.Even the toddle enjoyed and started learning colors from listening.My only con would be the "fencing needs to be taller" as the croc would get out alot.Botton line this product is great fun for the whole family.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Unfortunately, I can't say this was the funnest game for my kids. They are ages 3-5. The “lake” wasn't big at all so it was hard for them to stay inside. The “lily pads” didn't even all fit in the lake. The crocodile itself was funny but it would take a while for it to roll and try to touch them. After a few minutes they became bored and uninterested. 
Perhaps it's more of a game for older children. I really wanted to like this game more, but the kids just didn't get that into it.

I would NOT RECOMMEND the croc ball goes in one direction. so once it goes to the edge it just follows the edge around. my kids played with it for 2 mins and gave up cause the ball wouldnt roll around them it just stayed against the edge. you would think they would have designed the ball to move all directions not just one
