The new redesign is terrible. I used the previous model of Spinbrush for years and years and preferred it over other kinds of electric toothbrushes. I was so disappointed when I went to buy the replacement heads and the new ones didn't fit my old Spinbrush. I bought the new model and it breaks constantly. The button straight up doesn't work half the time and the toothbrush doesn't turn on. The replacement heads frequently break. It chews through batteries extremely quickly when it does work. It also feels way worse on my teeth than the old model did. Why'd you have to go and ruin a perfectly good product? What stupid consultant on your team recommended this?

I’ve had a spin brush for years and loved it.  However, the new design SUCKS. You might be lucky to get a month’s worth of use before it dies.  Changed the batteries and it still won’t work. I have foolishly bought three of these and wasted my money.  Disappointed.

Disappointed. Bring back the original version.

I purchased the spinbrush model 72018375 / SBBN-EBLOW-01 (not the pro) the other day. 
Both my previous spinbrush pro and this version did not have a working lower half of the brush assembly. I thought the previous toothbrush was a fluke, yet this different style has the same flaw - only the top half brush works while the lower half brush just sits there. Too cheap to return, yet not too cheap to comment about it.  
ALSO, the package had no instructions on how to replace batteries. THERE ARE NO BATTERY INDICATION ARROWS LISTED ON THE TOOTHBRUSH TO HELP ME WHEN I NEED TO CHANGE THE BATTERY. I'm still looking on the spinbrush.com website to see if there's any info regarding it yet... as half of the brush assembly (again) doesn't work again. This leads me to believe that this is not a design flaw this is a regular feature that only half of the toothbrush actually works. I learned my lesson with this company.

1⭐Inferior newer design

I bought the new version as it was getting harder and harder to find replacement heads for the older version, which I was very happy with and had no problems with the entire time I owned it. I started using the newer version in December. Yesterday, went to brush my teeth and it wouldn't turn on. Thinking the batteries were dead, I replaced them and the brush would still not turn on. I tried another set of batteries - still wouldn't turn. So, the brand-new toothbrush only lasted a month and is now trash. The main reason I buy these toothbrushes is to try and keep items out of the landfill, and now I am going to have to throw it away after only a month of use.

Lasted only a month before breaking

Very disappointed with product. I had purchased 1 over 2 years ago and it just stopped working. I figured I did get my monies worth. So I bought a new one which lasted maybe a couple of weeks. I took a chance and bought another and that lasted maybe a little over a week. I’m guessing started using cheaper materials.

Very disappointed

I purchased my Spinbrush yesterday and am extremely disappointed in this product.
After only 1 day of use, the battery is already dead. That is itself would be OK, but I cannot get it opened to replace the battery, even using tools.
I realize that I was only able to use my Spinbrush a couple of times, but its performance is 1 star, at best.
Terrible product!

Inferior battery powered toothbrush

Similar to several other reviewers, I used the original Spinbrush for years and was very happy with the product. Had to switch the batteries every three months or so and the brush every two months or so. Worked fine. Recently noticed that replacement brush heads were no longer available in store, so ordered some replacement brush heads online. Then discovered the replacement brush heads are for the new Spinbrush and will not fit my old one that has worked for years. So off to buy the new handle....

....and it is garbage. The brush provided with the base would not work at all. Must be dead batteries...swapped them out with new ones. The brush moved now...barely. The lightest pressure on the brush head and the brushes stopped spinning. 

Okay, maybe it's an issue with the brush head. Swap that out. Ahh, finally the brush spins and keeps spinning when I (lightly) touch my teeth with it. Still dies when I apply any more than light pressure to my teeth but maybe that's some feature to prevent applying too much power. Well, that worked for about three days and now it's back to not working again. Removing and replacing the brush head seems to get it briefly working again but you're back to it not working the next time you try to use it.

This new design is not fit for the purpose it is marketed for.  

Please bring back the old design.

Bait and switch. Buy the spinbrush and then when it's time to buy a replacement head your local store doesn't offer spin brush anymore. Instead there are 12 other different electric toothbrushes each with their own head design. So, instead, go online to order a new SpinBrush replacement head and of course the replacement comes in the mail and it's incompatible with the first SpinBrush handle you bought. Effectively, running around, playing that game of buying the wrong head over and over again until you realize life it too short for devious manufactures trying to make money off of you

My first one lasted for a few years, but I’ve gone through through 2 brushes (the main body, not the head), since they redesigned it about a year ago. This used to be a good brush and good value. The redesigned killed it for me, and I’m no longer going to buying a Spin brush.

The Redesign is Horrible-2 brushes in under a yeat

I have used Spinbrush for years, yet the last three brushes stop working after a couple weeks!!! Even with brand new batteries the power is so weak it actually stops spinning!! I have been so very disappointed in this product!! I used to really like this product!

Poor performance

Had mine for many many years. 10+. Replace the batteries and head as needed, well built product.
