Combining the best of Lily Sugar'n Cream absorbent cotton with a scouring section perfect for the tougher messes, Scrub Off creates a multitextured design for a cleaner kitchen. I made face cloths with Scrub Off and gave them to some of my friends. We live in a Seniors apartment building and the air is very dry. This causes some of us to have very dry skin. Scub off cloths help exfoliate our dry skin in a gentle way.

Excellent!! I have used this yarn when it was with Bernat Scrub off. The skeins were bigger but no matter the brand, Scrub Off Yarn it great. I make a Pouf, exfoliating Heel Scrub, Facial cloths. I add an extra more tough scrubbie yarn for the heel Scrub. I would recommend this yarn to anyone that is looking to make something different to make. You will have to tie the yarn together a couple times, but the Pouf is great!!

Excellent Yarn for Your Bathroom Accessories.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this yarn for dishcloths! It works up fairly easily and works great on my dishes! I also have cloths from last year that are still going strong and are showing no signs of fraying or breaking down. They also dry out and wash very well!

Great for Dishcloths!

Love this yarn so much! I hope they continue to come out with more colors! I would recommend that you be comfortable working with more challenging yarns before trying to crochet with this as the scrubby sections of the yarn are not for beginners. Great yarn for dishcloths and other small projects.

For some reason, the cotton in these skeins is much softer than the normal Lilly's Sugar N'Cream, it is so nice to crochet or knit with.

The yarn as a whole is very nice, although knitting with it is much easier than crocheting with it.

Love this yarn for back scrubbers

I love this yarn. I don't make dish clothes but bath clothes. It is perfect for the shower and is not too rough on the skin. It exfoliates your skin and holds onto body wash soap products in its fibers. I ordered more skiens to make some for my family.

I have a new use for this scrub off yarn.

I didn't use this yarn for making a scrubby, but for a light summer top, which worked well. The yarn isn't abrasive enough for scrubbing dishes. In fact, it feels good next to my skin.

Think of summer tops or light sweaters

Really fun thread to work with! I bought a variety of yarns to play with as I get back into crochet after many years, and this is one that looked interesting. I made a small wash puff that I think is meant for dishes but seems gentle enough to use in the shower. Going from the cotton to the scrubby section was a little daunting to begin with but it didn't take long to get used to. However, I ended my project in a scrubby section and I'm not am that confident in my ability to use that to start my next project. I'll try, but I think I may end up cutting that section out.

Fun scrubby project yarn, but a little daunting

Have been using for years.  However, lately the quality of yarn has changed from a 4, soft, to about a 3, stiff.  Mistletoe  not the same!!  Dark pink, different green.  Does not compare to what I've purchased.  
Red was Red!  Ecru latest shipment, rough, sticky feeling.  What is going on Yarnspirations??

Change with Lily Sugar-n- cream.

When used for crocheting, it is impossible to see the stitches. The basic idea of smooth yarn and “scrubby” yarn combined is a good one, but working with this yarn will make you crazy! I wish I could get balls of just the smooth section yarn because that is quite nice - much nicer than regular kitchen cotton.

This yarn is a nightmare!
