This grill replaced one that was 20 years old.  The Spirit is far more efficient in propane usage, heats more evenly and gets hotter (when needed) than the grill it replaced. It is also much, much easier to clean. The controls are intuitive, making the transition easy.

Change for the Better

This is a very nice Weber.  If you haven't purchased a new grill in a while, you will find the instructions to be helpful.  I like how each burner ignites by pushing in the associated temp knob.  The grill is easy to use, and the temperatures can be set at predictable levels.  The grill looks good and is very maneuverable.

This Grill Has Good Features

This grill is perfect for the single women, right size, 3 burners for smaller meals, takes up minimal space!

My First

I like the somewhat compact sized and ability to easily relocate it to my garage, since it was purchased for a second/seasonal home.  It did a great job with a variety of foods.

Heats quickly and evenly.

For a small-sized grill the E-325 really packs a punch.  Two sear zone burners  give your flexibility for high heat, and the firebox is extremely efficient at holding the temperature steady--and very hot, if needed.  The grill stays so hot with just two burners on low that you'll neeed to reduce to one burner in order to get tempratures below 300 degrees F.

The E-325 is a powerhouse

The and size combined with the fold down sides is perfect for my purposes. However the build quality is not what I expected from Weber. One of the three holes for the gas manifold was drilled but not tapped. One of the pillars in the back of the bbq frame had a small dent, two of the holes where the feet mount where not tapped properly. Weber needs better quality control

Good design but step up your quality control.

in order to make a significant difference when using the "sear" feature, Weber seems to have under-powered the burners in their "normal" range.  With my last spirit, I was used to doing the bulk of my cooking using only one (of two) burners, full-on.  Now, i have to use two (of 3) and  keep making adjustments to keep in the temperature range I want.  I'm still ending up with a lot of underdone chicken and i'm hoping it's just a matter of getting used to the quirks of the grill.  I also find it difficult to tell if the igniter has actually lit the burner - usually takes two tries.  Overall - kind of a disappointing experience after years of having a dependable Weber gas grill.  But I have hope.

kind of "meh"

Very small grill, which is fine but not particularly fond of the way it cooks. This is my second Weber and I purposely purchased a Weber because of my past experience. Only used twice so far.Not a fan of the searing feature or the way it has to be lit (started)

Weber Spirit E 325

I bought a new Weber grill to replace an older Spirit three burner, which I had liked a lot. The new grill is a terrible replacement. It is impossible to light, too small, cheaply made and doesn't even get very hot. It does not have a way to attach the propane to let you know when it is getting low. So you just have to guess. I thought I was getting a close replacement for what I had, but sadly that is not the case. This grill stinks.

Terrible grill

Ok grill but not worth the premium price.  After using it just once the two ignitors for the right two burners stopped working.  I get by ok but only with the help of 11” matches to light the right 2 burners.   The mechanical “snap” ignitors are junk.  This grill was about 2 times the price of other good brands which use a far more dependable battery operated ignitor.  Webber was recommended by friends but I wont be recommending it.
