Instructions are unclear, incorrect, or contradictory, causing assembly difficulties.

Can be sturdy, but also prone to poor metal construction.

May not stay together at the bottom during use.

Can be straightforward, but may require patience and extra effort.

Excellent swing set for younger children, perfect size and well planned out with a variety of activities. My 2.5 and 3.5 year old grand daughters are finding it easy for them to use. I can see this will be a hit for many years of outside playtime. They love it!
I didn't know about anchoring a swing set down....it does not come with any type of anchor, wish it had included anchoring posts....you'll have to get them yourself or concrete and 4 bricks per instructions.

Great for the price!!

walmart.com

The order came in as said. It came in all in one large box, complete. Once set up, which came together easily and quick, it seemed a lot smaller than what I expected. But the kids still loved it! Pretty pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

Good quality swing set.

This is a great set for my two year old. It was a LOT to put together and sometimes it was irritating to line some of the holes up but now that it's up she loves it so I'm happy!

Happy Toddler

I bought this swing set thinking maybe my 10 year old granddaughter could play on it, but that's not going to happen. It's really made for under 5 or 6. The glider is VERY hard to move back and forth. My 3 and 5 year old granddaughters can't really move it. It was relatively easy to put up, but all the bolts are packaged in a way that makes opening them VERY difficult. Kinda disappointed in this set. But for the price, what do you expect, I guess.

Ok for small children only

Swing is ok. My kids are 6 & 5. The slide is steep and my kids feet hit bottom before they get half way down so they don't use slide. Twice as long to put together. We were missing pieces. Plastic covers that go over screws break easily. But it is use able.

Swing ok

Really nice swing set and I hope it lasts for years of fun play for my granddaughter and her future brothers and sister (due in Oct. 2014). Easy to put together and didn't take too long, but the sliding board isn't what I expected. It appeared to be one solid piece of plastic in the photo on the website, but it isn't. The sides are made of a hard, durable-feeling plastic, but it pieces together with a thin piece of plastic for the actual slide. It really needs to be a one-piece sliding board. It would be more durable for children's play.

Nice swing set for the money

This swing set was small and not much to grow into for my six year old. I am disappointed with just how small the swings and seesaw are. The set took about 7 hours to put up! The set seems strong but not much room between the items to play on. I think more than 2 children would have a challenge finding space to play if on individual things. On a plus side the slide was nicer and taller than some I've seen.

Strong but small

After putting the swing together we saw that the top bar is curved. The plastic covers for the ends wont stay closed. There are hex wrench looking items that holds the glider. I really don't understand why all of the unnecessary crap that they use. It is really cheaply made. Also, there are rust spots on it around the screws area. I should have returned it. But, my grand daughter was so excited to see it. Do Not Buy This Swing!

Cheaply Made

I sent this swing set to my grandson for his birthday. I felt like the price couldn't be beaten. It arrived with parts missing. When I contacted Wal-Mart they instructed me to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer is supposed to be sending the parts. We are still waiting. My grandson's birthday was three weeks ago and he still hasn't been able to use his swing.

Missing Parts

Arrival was timely. Instructions and putting it together not so great. My oldest grandchild is 8 and only weighs about 70lb. The whole set dips in the middle when he swings by himself!! Have had about 2weeks. Teeter totter still not on and slide is ridiculously flimsy and will not stay together at the bottom. I am extremely disappointed!! But how do you return something that is out of box and already put together. That is where they get you. I would stay away and save yourself the headache.

Very disappointing

Sportspower Live Oak Metal Swing Set front-facing A-frame view of 2" heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame with two blow-molded swings, 6' wavy slide, trapeze with handle, two-seat glide ride with footrests and teeter-totter; often used as a backyard activity centre for group play.
