If you are used to a full sized elliptical machine, that is not exactly the correct name for this piece of equipment. To me, it feels like riding a bicycle standing up. But it is a great choice for me in between Zumba classes - and with the winter coming, I'll use it on a daily basis. From something that is small, you get a big fitness return - I LOVE IT!

My Green Machine!

This is an excellent option for me and makes it easy to get a workout in at home no matter what. I am a student, and I don't always have the time (and I never have the money) to go to a gym or fitness center, so I like to workout at home. This was a very economic option for me, and it doesn't take up much room and is very easy to move around. I am a 6'2" guy, so the stride length of this machine is much shorter than my running or even jogging stride, but I can still increase the resistance and my pace and get my cardio going. The maching counts my strides and has a timer, and although it calculates distance and calories as well I am doubtful that they are accurate for me. It was very easy to setup, and I haven't had any problems with any part of it malfunctioning. I have been very happy with this machine.

I bought the InMotion Elliptical last week, and put it under my desk to use at work. I suffer from terrible arthritis in my left knee, and movement is the best therapy. After just two days of using the InMotion Elliptical machine, I had almost no knee pain and am walking up and down stairs without hesitation. It fits under my desk, and I use it
automatically as soon as I sit down. It has been a life saver for someone who sits at a desk all day and the knee pain was almost impossible to bear at times. It is almost nonexistent!

I totally enjoy this product. It is easy to put together, easy to use, resistance knob is useful and I can move it from room to room to continue "moving". Great purchase.

Keeps you moving!

Love this machine, works well and is really quiet. I work from home and need the exercise while I work. It fits under my kitchen table and stays there. Only problem is when you turn up the resistance the machine moves when you first get going. Bought a rug matt to help it stay in place but it still does it somewhat. Wish it had a rubber matt bottom to stop the sliding.

I bought this a month ago & am very happy with it.  It is easy to use for the whole family.  Great alternative when I can't walk outside due to the weather.  Only complaints are it really needs a handle as it is not super heavy but awkward to move from one spot to another.  Also, after repeated use, there is a little squeak & the wheels leave a black residue, so information on what to use to grease it should be included in the manual.  I have looked in the manual & online without information.  Otherwise, great product!

Easy to use

I received this as a Christmas gift last month. While I still prefer running and my gym workouts, the product still provides a nice alternative exercise option that--while not serving as intense of cardio as I usually aim for--gives a good strength workout. It's a convenient size and fairly easy to use, although I wish the machine didn't slide during use (I don't have any mats on which to set it, but that would probably solve the issue.) I also wish the calorie burn estimate was a little more accurate/user specific, instead of a generic estimate based on time. But overall, this is a handy home workout tool!

Nice Exercise Alternative

I am super happy with my purchase, I work full time and go to school full time so it get's tough to make it to the gym, but with my elliptical machine I am able to get in some exercise while still doing my work at my desk. The only thing I wish that it had was a harder resistance setting. It does allow you to adjust the resistance, but I feel like it could give me a little more of a challenge. But it is hard enough and I am very pleased with this, I would definitely recommend you buy this if you are looking into it.

Awesome for the office!!

This is not a qualify product. 1. The machine makes a very loud noise when using. 2. The range of motion is very short and hurts your lower back if you are using it for 45 minutes or more. 3. The product does not have any sort of handle so it is very difficult to move especially since it's almost 40 pounds. This is a poorly designed and poorly made product!

Would NOT recommend. Not a quality product.

Nowhere did I see "some assembly required."  I have neither the strength nor acumen to put the durn thing together.  It may work well.  I may never know.
