Box was a little torn up but it was packed well so no damage. Wasn't heavy to pick up. Just kind of awkward cause it a long box. Self explanatory but I followed the directions and it was easy to put together. I don't leave the battery in the counter. I just time myself. I don't really care to know how much I've done as long as I am exercising. It's very smooth when rowing. Low impact. Nothing hurt afterwards. Stores upright but the arms do stick out so it's kinda hard to store away. I leave it out so I can use it though. I'm sure it would fit under a high bed. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and it didn't even cost all that much. Oh and why I went with this is because to get a good treadmill you have to pay over 300 or 400. Plus it can be hardon your knees. Next I looked at a bicycle but I wanted to work out my arms as well and to get a good one once again you have to oy a lot for it. So that's why I ended up with this. It works your whole body.

I love the machine yet they havent Send me the seat rubber squares stop her because the first one they sent was defective the second one they sent me cracked still haventsend me the sea rubber square stopper because the first one they sent was defective the second one they sent me cracked still havent heard and they still havent sent me or replaced it other than that I recommend the machine

It is not to difficult to where you cannot do it. It does take a bit of adjustment, but once used to the machine, I would not go back. Stamina also has excellent Customer service. Great company.

Excellent rowing machine

Provides a really good total body workout. Google how to row properly to ensure you get the most out of your efforts. The rower is built well. It feels sturdy and smooth as a whole. The foot rests feel a little flimsy but I have had no issue with them. Overall, I am very impressed with the workout and value of this piece of equipment.

Great Value

Well built, easy instructions, good exercise - only negative so far is the "computer" - it works most of the time, but sometimes it just stops???? - perhaps it's the machine's way of saying "don't over doo it"

The glider came with all parts intact. It was easy to put together. The only problem I have is that I am too short to reach the pedals right.

this machine is great, simple to assemble and so easy to use . I really like the   and I can see the benefits and feel them too. the only con I see is the foot hold because my feet slip out but I solved this problem when I bought extra Velcro straps to keep my feet in place.

1050 rowing machine

I wanted something to tone and help me lose weight. The price is correct for product. It took 1/2 hour to assemble ; the wrench tool was the incorrect size for the bolts and 
I had to buy one which only cost me a dollar at the dollar store. The product was easy to use; only they should come up with better straps to put across your shoes- my foot kept slipping. I put the resistance to 9 and the only place I felt the exercise in was my shoulders- so for upper body its great, AB and legs not so much though. After 4 times of use it squeaks and you have to re-tighten the bolts which I found annoying.
