I was suffering from pain and swelling in my knees and feet because of low blood flow to my lower legs. I bought this to keep my blood circulation going while I sit and work at my desk.  The large foot pedals make it so much easier than bike pedals.  You can just step on and go!  And I can use it while standing and watching my favorite TV shows.

The assembly took us like 10 minutes, it was very straightforward and easy. Light enough to move around the room as needed. Good for both tall and short people, and the movement is as smooth as it gets. No impact on the knees or ankles. You can go backwards as well if you want. It does not squeak or make any other noises so far.  Very convenient!

Smooth, super silent, easy to assemble.

I love that I can use this from either a standing or sitting position. very heavy duty construction not cheaply made. Has adjustable tension for a harder work out and a read out for steps made distance and calories burned.

Works as well as more expensive machines

Don't let this little machine fool you, it gives you a great workout and is small enough to be tucked out of the way when not in use.  I have back problems and was looking for a more intense workout than just walking on my treadmill, but I needed zero impact.  I'm very pleased with the workout I receive on this machine.  It was easy to put together.  It came with its own tools and only took about 10-15 minutes.   I use it standing up, but it can also be used in a sitting position for someone who is more limited.  Mine squeaked a little right in the beginning but stopped after the first 5 minutes and has not squeaked since.  It is quiet and is ideal for use in front of the TV.  It is a little heavy to move around, but I solved that problem with the use of a few plastic furniture sliders.  The unit can be tipped to either side to position the sliders, then it's easy to move.  I have not had mine for very long, so I can't comment on how long it will last, but it seems very sturdy and well built.  Walmart's shipping was fast, I received it sooner than expected.

Sturdy machine, great workout

Wish I had thought about getting this sooner. Fits right under my desk and so easy to use I forget I'm using it. Next thing I know I've been on it for an hour. Assembly was a breeze and easy to move around. Great way to get some exercise in everyday.

So convenient

I had an extremely complicated lung surgery in Nov 2014. My physical therapist came to assist me, after 2 months in the hospital, and he brought his own set of this. It is so easy to sit on a firm chair and do this. My surgery was in LaHoya , CA, I'm in FL, so I decided to get one for here. I'm using it to help rehab my lungs, but also it is burning calories helping me to lose some weight too! A friend of mine is seriously considering getting himself one now too!

Great way to exercise at home.  This unit is solid and works great.

Don't think of this as an elliptical, it's much more of a stepper. However, it can give you a good workout and is great for apartments, with it being about 25 pounds and compact.

Good, but small strides

This strider works well and it's quiet. Can be used sitting (handle facing toward you) or standing (handle away from you). The "counter" computer can be turned to face you either direction you are using it. My son loves to use it as well.
