I found this to be a great product since I am unable to drill any holes in the wall for the regular pull-up bars. Plus you get to use this for dips, push-ups and more. The only thing I would recommend is using power tools to put it together instead of the tools that are included. If you don't use power tools to put it together, then it could take a while to put it together.

Excellent value for the money, countless workouts can be done with this thing.  Great for body weight calisthenics.  Can be a bit difficult to assemble individually without a second hand.

Easy to assemble, versatile, and very stable.  Great value for the money.  Ultimately I'll worry about replacing worn out hand grips/foam and the arm pads for the crunch station.  I hope that will be easy when the time comes.

apparently i got the last one - the right side pushup bar was manufactured poorly and tilts further inward, putting more stress on the thinnest bolts of the set.

best thing i can say - i can work out on it - but for how long is  not certain

I would love to give more of a review but completing the full assembly of this equipment is not possible. I had 4 different people try and help with connecting the final piece and it is confirmed that the screw hold on the VKR back pad will not connect. Complete waste of money as you can only construct the equipment to 90% of completion. The main purpose of buying this was for the VKR component. Do not spend your money on this as you will never be able to fully use. Completely disappointing.

Waste of time and money! DO NOT BUY!
