It's easy to assemble, you can adjust it to fit your workout style, and the padded rollers keep you comfortable. It  bfeels sturdy, too. If you want to strengthen your core and back, this bench is a great choice.

Fantastic choice

Lol I struggle with stuff like that and it took me a couple hours but for a normal person this would be very quick and easy .  I tested it out and it seems durable , I was a little scared at first because it's not very big but it held me just fine . I will have to get used to the positions of exercise you do with it but I'm hoping it becomes a regular daily thing .  It comes with a we code to scan that gives you workout tips and it has a warranty . I'm new with this but I'm excited to become more comfortable and confident using it. .  I love that it folds up to conserve space too ! Easy , lightweight and versatile!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to assemble and I love that it folds up so it's compact for at home when not in use. It's definitely not as heavy duty as a commercial piece at a large gym but this gets the job done for at home. All in all, I'm happy with it for the occasional use it gets!

Great value for the price!

Everything is wrong with the screws. They aren't cut to the right length so the whole thing is unstable. All wobbly. I put it all together just in case once it's all together is better. But now I have to take it all apart to return it. Also it's not very adjustable not too many holes for the settings so my hips don't sit on the right spot to perform the correct exercise. It might be better for someone with shorter legs and longer torso.
