[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son in law is one of those people who loves to try new things, I bought this for him as a gift. It has all the ingredients to make his first batches of cheeses, which he has said on many occasions that he wanted to try. I was sure to get him some of the kitchen essentials too which did not come with the kit. A cheese press, a pan for making the cheese, and something for lifting the curds from the pan.  He loved it and I can't wait to see the kinds of cheeses he makes.

Perfect gift for a homesteader.
