The scissors are only good for general purpose but will not cut cloth bandages or any cloth as a matter of fact. Te design looks attractive and if you are buying for more than general purpose, look else where.

Decent cutting ability, attractive design

I was expecting these to be more strong and capable than regular household scissors-to put in a garage box to use for tougher jobs.  I found them to be less sturdy than expected by the description.  They will open a cardboard box, and cut paper, but if you're looking for something a little tougher, such as cutting plastic, you'll need to look further.

Weaker than Expected

Theres a ruler on one of the blades.... i assume it is there so you an see the one inch where the scissors are actually sharp enough to cut anything!!!

Poor quality

I can't get these to even cut paper well, let alone for normal household uses, such as cutting zip ties, opening plastic packaging, or even trimming plants. Literally worthless, do not buy these. I even paid a bit more for better scissors and I regret not just buying the Scotch brand scissors, because I've had two pair of those for over 5 years and they are STILL better than these garbage Stanley brand scissors.

The scissors never worked properly and it broke after using it after 5 uses. It was hard use to cut even regular writing paper. Would not recommend

Titanium Not

Perhaps I received a defective one but these scissors suck. They can't cut through anything, not even paper. I was confused and thought these may have been for other use but no, just sucks.

They can't cut through paper. No exaggeration. I was hoping to use them to cut fabric. Wouldn't do that. So I thought maybe just paper. Nope. Stanley used to make good stuff.

Can't cut paper

These are by far the worst scissors I have ever used. They don't cut even the thinnest plastic bags and unless you are planning to cut one sheet of paper at a time, don't waste your money. I tossed 'em in the trash.

Absolute junk.

Wow!, I am not quite sure how to say this...  But these have got to be the absolute WORST Scissors that I have ever purchased - NO JOKE... 

I should have paid more attention to negative reviews about these, but I will try and give a bit of my experience.  They DO cut thin paper ok, but at the end of the cut, the paper sticks to the scissors and does not fall away like a normal pair of scissors do which can be rather annoying after awhile and believe me it is...  

I tried to cut a rather thin piece of cloth, and guess what????...  It can't do it..  It just bends the cloth around the blade which is extremely disappointing because these are SUPPOSED to be Heavy Duty and also Titanium (Which I DO NOT believe for a second - by the way).  But...  I guess I can't complain too much because they are only 7 bucks, but STILL that is allot to pay for a pair of scissors that don't cut as good as the ones I paid 3 bucks for hmmmmm.    PLEASE PLEASE do not waste money and especially your time with these.  Just buy that cheaper pair and save yourself an unneeded headache AND get a better cut LOL...

Thought I purchased a very well known name, but was disappointed, the Scissors (bought 2) were'nt sharp, did  not even cut plastic wrap, and had
been oiled were the screw was to connect together the scissors. You can take a chance, I may have received a bad batch.
