I've used the Stanley 24 oz pot for years. However, I recently purchased a wood burning camp stove and the narrow pot did not sit sit securely on it. I needed a wider pot. Like my other pot, I leave the bundled accessories at home. My stove fits nicely in this pot. So far, in my gear shake out, it has performed flawlessly.

I bought this on a whim. Didn't NEED it because I already have 3 adventure sets...but wanted to try it. Love it! Made making purple potato soup over the fire easy and unforgettable! Easy to use, compact, tough, and very durable! I absolutely love every stanley product I have. Fan for life.

I used this camping this weekend ... It worked great .. Nice and sturdy , large pot , strong ladle and spatula . The bowls held enough soup .... Nice compact design (everything fits in it self) I love the stainless steel .... it cleaned up nice...and warmed up the soup evenly ....

Camping must have!

Nice sturdy items. Stanley has been in the business for years. Quality products. Nesting is nice and you can fit other items also: towel, cleaning items, items to start fire, condiments, etc. Hard to keep clean after a camp fire but your never in ideal situations out in nature. Recommended and enjoy the outdoors. I love the nesting and easy to fit in camping gear.

I went backpacking this weekend and used the cookset for the first time. Worked great! Large enough to boil enough for 5 coffees and still packs together into nice, compact kit.

I definitely recommend this product!

Nice design but not for backpacking.  The bowls and spoon and spatula works great but they're thick and sorta heavy so beat used car camping but the pot alone with light weight bowls in the pot works great for backpacking with the small stove and canister inside.   Very versatile

It's a great set! My only problems with it was the discoloration on the pot from the open flames, and the handle on the lid melted when I was using it.
