I have one complaint. This food jar works too well! In the winter I eat chilli for lunch. In my old food jar, around lunch time it would be luke warm. Now with my stanley food jar it stays piping hot. I have to let it cool for 10 mins before eating. -10 temperatures don't affect the food inside. The jar is indestructable. Great buy.

Amazing product

I have had this food jar for over 2 years now I received it as a birthday gift from my girlfriend since I work outside. It keeps whatever I put in hot for well over 12 hours even on those Indiana winter nights working outside when it got down to 40 below. I will for sure be buying more Stanley products.

Keeps food hot for hours!

I bought this over two years ago and I've never gone more than a week without using it. Keeps noodles, soup, and chili hot from seven in the morning to around one o'clock when I eat lunch. An essential in any cupboard!

Two years and still going strong

I purchased the classic vacuum food jar and received it with a damaged cup/lid. Called customer service and a replacement was sent in 2 days. You have a return customer and I look forward to my next purchase from you.

What Customer Service Should Be

I HATE having to go home to get food when I'm at the library studying. Both the coffee cup and food holder keeps my coffee and soup warm for my late night study session!

A college girls friend

Bought it at local grocery store on clearance for less than $20. Made soup at 4:30 am and had lunch at 12:30 pm. Still hot. Was inside truck cab Michigan winter less than 32 degrees outside.

I bought this jar 3 years ago and still working even thought i lost cap and have broken cap I like my stanley jar Francisco south Florida

After trying several different types this is the only one that keeps it hot long enough.

Keeps the heat!

I bought 2 different sizes. I preheat with hot water. Added hot/boiling soup. At 3 hours in 32 degrees outside. It was lukewarm. I even wrapped it up in a insulated lunchbag to preserve heat. It does not keep hot for 12 hours. Bring back my old Aladdin thermos!

Does not keep food hot for 5 hours

[Employee of walmartcanada] Tried shocking thermos with hot water and with out shocking it with water and it made no difference. It will not keep soup warm it was cold a hour later. Don't buy this it's garbage!!!
